  1. I've seen that on a tv show before actually. It's a show called "Joko & Klaas" and it's basically two crazy dudes giving each other tasks to fulfill ... well one of the tasks was to get a bagel head. I laughed so hard I was crying. :blank: [ame= ] [/ame]
  2. He got his 5th warning. He was not only annoying the hell out of everyone publicly but he also abused both PM and report function and if you wonder how someone can abuse the PM function, well Mark could.
  3. Well, apparently there is reason for some of us otherwise we wouldn't do it, eh?
  4. I agree with a lot you said, Vi! Especially about Madness. I really enjoy the last minute of it when it doesn't sound so mamamamama ... the end kinda destroys it again though, haha. I actually really love Panic Station though. :P I understand why people are comparing it to other songs but I still like it, haha. I totally agree about Survival too. I know it's so over the top, but I still really enjoy it, especially the guitars. So I won't be the one making fun of you, I'll join you and take all the jokes with you. :P And I like Explorers too. It is so cheesy though. I can totally see someone kneeling down in front of their love, putting on their best puppy-eyes-look and going all "Fwee me, fwee me, fwee fwom this ring?" and the woman goes "Sure thing, fwee me and I'll fwee you." Oh. my. the. adorableness. Okay, that was random, sorry. But to be honest, Save Me doesn't work at all for me. The song overall feels pretty bland to me and even the fact that Chris sings it can't save it for me. I'm too lazy right now to type a proper review. I feel like my English is still asleep. :escaping:
  5. Don't worry about the bands. They'd take us haters over the crazy, stalker-ish, let's-take-pictures-in-front-of-their-private-houses-yay fans everyday.
  6. "i have read that pigeons are notoriously bad nest builders but this sure take the price.." Hahahaha
  7. Welcome to Chris Martin's head, I guess? :uhoh:
  8. ^ D'awwww, that is adorable.
  9. Captain Hook and the crocodile that swallowed his watch and was therefore ticking? What have you been watching in your childhood? D: This was one of the metaphors that actually made sense! :P
  10. No, I'm not one of those persons, thanks Violet. I still hate wawawa because it's just overall bad. Musically, lyrically, catastrophically. And I don't feel like MX is cohesive at all, I wrote a rather large review about that somewhere here in the WoM. Therefore the whole "MX feels like an album because it's cohesive" doesn't work for me at all. Sorry. All I'm saying is that I prefer The 2nd Law over MX every day. I think it does work as an album ... it still feels like Muse's worst album though, just like MX feels like Coldplay's worst. Another reason for me is that I actually went on strike during three songs from MX during the concert. I just did nothing, no singing, no dancing, no screaming and definitely no applauding. And everyone who has seen me at concerts before knows that that is pretty unusual. I just couldn't bring myself to actually cheer for those songs. Even though The 2nd Law is not really my favourite album, I can see me cheering during each song live. I can tolerate it, none of the songs make me want to cover my ears. Not really the best thing you could say about an album, but yeah...
  11. D'aww, why thank you, the cake makes it all better.
  12. ^ Carrie is one awesome person. I hope I get to meet her one day too.
  13. No, the question is, why would you order a cake like this? I'm addicted. :freak:
  14. And here's where I butt in and say. NO! Or WA WA ... WA WA. Sorry, for me it's Muse's worst album but I would still prefer it over MX each and every single day. :\
  15. No, of course not. Why would I? :surprised: ------- More cake, yay.
  16. I wasn't gone, I was just hiding. :sneaky: But thank you! :nice: Oh, I'm in your sig! :surprised:
  17. I don't think that was it, but I'm pretty sure Swedish Anna recommended me to have whatever I had.
  18. I want that red cider stuff I had when I went out with the London girls ... it was so sweet!
  19. George R. R. Martin - A Storm of Swords Finally!
  20. I can't make my mind up about this album ... or about a single song ... and I don't even know if that's a good sign or a bad one. :blank: Yup, that's pretty much what I feel or not feel.
  21. Kanga-humans?? Kangaroos 'are closely related to humans' Last updated at 12:25 PM on 18th November 2008 Comments (17) Add to My Stories Humans and kangaroos are close cousins on the evolutionary tree sharing a common ancestor 150 million years ago, according to Australian researchers. Scientists have mapped the genetic code of the Australian marsupials for the first time and found large chunks of DNA are the same. Meet your cousin kangaroo: Humans like Rolf Harris and the Australian marsupial are not so different, sharing a common ancestor 'There are a few differences, we have a few more of this, a few less of that, but they are the same genes and a lot of them are in the same order,' said Jenny Graves, director of the Centre of Excellence for Kangaroo Genomics. 'We thought they'd be completely scrambled, but they're not. There is great chunks of the human genome which is sitting right there in the kangaroo genome,' she added. More... Caught short on camera: Whale shark's underwater waste yields 'scientific gold' Humans and kangaroos last shared an ancestor 150million years ago, the researchers found, while mice and humans diverged from one another 70 million years ago. They believe kangaroos first evolved in China, but migrated across the Americas to Australia and Antarctica. 'Kangaroos are hugely informative about what we were like 150 million years ago,' Graves said. Sorry, I just thought this thread needed some Daily Mail.
  22. Yeah, sure, whatever. There are ways to pass drug tests. I'd bet a lot on that he's payed for them. (Howdy, Dr. Ferrari.) I'm not jealous, I'm just sick of seeing this guy glorified. He is no hero, he's just a regular (no correction, he's a smarter) cheater. How many of his former team colleagues have to testify against him and be sued by him in return? And get that ... at the end of each Tour de France he was at least 1min ahead of proven cheaters. Funny.
