And if you end up liking it- then try "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" by Stephen Chbosky. The writing style is very similar, and it's an equally great book. :)

It's number one on my list too; you should definitely read it. For some reason I think you'd really like it.

I know, it's my favorite book ever. It's just so brilliant, I could read it over and over and never get tired of Oskar. :wacky:
