NEW ALBUM IN 2009!!!!!
Well he did say late 2009, so a December release would be almost like 2010. Plus that would give me something great for my Christmas wish list! I would like to see them put a studio version of "Moses" on their next album. I love that song but I've only ever heard the live version. Have they released a studio version of "Moses" and I've just never found it?

Cemeteries reminds me a little of Scarborough Fair/Canticle
"Cemeteries" reminds me a little of "Scarborough Fair/Canticle" by Simon and Garfunkle. I realize I'm showing my age a bit. The notes of the melodies of the two songs have a similar feel.

List some things that you have always wanted to do
1. Save somebody's life and be a hero! 2. Take a long hiking trip across some wild country. 3. Fire a 50 cal. machine gun. (I've always admired them from old WWII footage.) 4. See the Northern lights. 5. Play in a band and seriously rock the crowd! 6. Sail a sailboat on a long ocean trip. 7. Live on the beach. 8. Take my old dad to see the Civil War re-enactment at Gettysburg. 9. Watch my son grow up to be very successful at whatever he wants. (He's 14 now.) 10. Find out if there's life on other planets. (p.s. The Batman Ride at Six Flags in St. Louis is really cool. My other favorite coasters I've been on include the Steel Phantom in Pittsburgh (awesome), and maybe the best-kept secret of all coasters, the Wildfire in Silver Dollar City, Branson, MO. That will knock your socks off!

Cemeteries of London = Pirates?
I would agree with the Western sound. There is a PS2 game called Darkwatch that this song immediately put in my mind. The game is a 1st person shooter where you are a gunfighter/newly made vampire in a Gothic Western scenario . The gunslinger has to battle his way through graveyards and ghost-towns, fighting skeletons, undead riders, banshees, etc. The game is perhaps too violent for some, but my son and I used to enjoy it. After listening to "Cemeteries" we immediately dusted it off and played it for a few hours. On a side note, you don't know how special it is for me to be able to bond with my 14-year-old son over things like the music of Coldplay.
