It's really the thing I hate about critics, when a band is popular, it's like they can't help but become full of prejudices... It's as if the popular bands always have to prove something and justify their popularity. It's a good thing that TP has given some people second thoughts about SP!

hello raphaele :) c'était la première fois que je voyais le store ouvert, pour moi c'était déjà un changement :p Pour la femme blonde, il me semble bien qu'elle s'est dirigée directement vers la porte du studio en descendant de voiture (on ne s'est pas attardée du coup, la fausse joie était passée). Et il y avait aussi une voiture garée devant the Beehive, ils doivent peut-être continuer le déménagement (?)...

Hope everyone's ok! :kiss: This is one my my fav moment of the gig! :heart: I remember it perfectly still, when they came at the edge of the stage I was like "what are they doing? where are they going?"... This moment was priceless! All these talented musicians 3 meters away in front of me, playing acoustic :thumbsup: At some point in the vid, you can hear some people shushing others in the audience, I guess only the first rows could hear the band properly with all the clapping, whistling, and even singing coming from the crowd, sorry for them... (I couldn't care less at the time, I was clapping away myself :D) Aurélie, I can't believe it's already been a week...

Salut tout le monde! Ca fait une éternité que je ne suis pas passé par ce petit topic... j'espère que tout le monde va bien! Ravie de voir que le CP meet-up à Londres se soit si bien passé! Je vais me répéter, mais tes photos sont juste magnifiques! J'ai toujours rêvé d'aller en Irlande, j'adore le pays, la culture (et bcp de mes artistes préférés sont irlandais)... Je pense que tes photos vont accélerer mes démaraches pour organiser un ptit voyage! ^^ Ouiii, il faut y croire et oser faire le premier pas! ;) Je ne peux pas manquer une occasion de parler de lui, "the" bisounours par excellence! C'est vraiment l'artiste le plus gentil et généreux que je puisse citer, il sait vraiment rendre ce que son public lui donne,et c'est toujours un plaisir de le voir après un concert! :wacky: Je regrette de ne pas avoir été plus attentive... mais honnêtement, j'y crois à notre théorie! Il n'y en a pas bcp qui ressemble à la fois à C&G :rolleyes: Les loulous se font fait désirer pdt les 2 semaines à ce que je vois! On a eu une petite frayeur avec aurélie, une voiture est venue se garer dans l'allée de the Bakery (derrière une autre qui était déjà là), on sort un plan pour s'occuper les mains de temps de voir qui sort... mais ce n'était qu'une jeune femme blonde :p (bonne petite dose d'adrénaline quand même ^^)

saw this tweet too, it's full of mysteries!... (can you imagine? an inpromptu session in the park :stunned: it's unlikely, but with those guys, you never know... wish I was still in London! ^^)

DiCaprio is a great actor, in my humble opinion (he was amazing in Shutter Island), and seeing him in a Nolan movie is bound to be something really good! ^^ Welcome here! Thanks for the link! I agree with what you said about Peter Buck! :) and you could see that there was a great complicity between Gary and him! And Peter was very attentive to the crowd, he looked and smiled at us a lot! ^^ That is such great news, indeed! :dance: I really can't wait for the second album, with rockier songs as Aurelie said! ^^ You won't regret it ;)

For now, I'm praying for a bootleg! @Aurélie: apparently, we must have walked past Troy when we went back in front of the HMV after meeting G, cause the French woman saw him. we're becoming a bunch of seriouly addicted people! :p The journey back in the eurostar was :cry:... I listened to the album and it all came rushing back to me, the man next to me must have wondered what was the matter.. I had only slept three hours so my eyes were already red from slepp depravation, and the rest didn't help! "Get On The Road" still brings tears to my eyes, this song is too much for me (and Lisa's version was breathtaking) :heart: No, not yet unfortunately!... And I'm also waiting for an update on the TP or SP websites, or even some words there from G himself. I'd love to have their impressions (even though we already have apretty good idea of it ^^)

He must have a great deal of self control! (such a dear... ^^)

I agree, didn't smell it but his eyes betrayed it :p (nothing too serious though) It's convenient that people there seem to start queueing rather late (as Aurelie pointed out to me) cause we have time (as you did) to enjoy the city instead of going right away to the venue ^^ I think everyone would love to be at the receiving end! :disappointed: But it's true, when you take a pic with him, he really gets close to you, so that kind of make it up for it *w* I can still hear the "awww" reaction to his "I can get wet with you guys" XD So embarassing... kind of felt ashamed myself (no Gary, all the french girls/woman aren't like that, you've just met the exception to the rule!...) Really no need to complain to him for all the waiting! He didn't have to come out in the first place, and no one forced her to wait... She really pissed me off! I really should have bought 2 bags! ^^ Oh yeah, the "roadie story"! There were already many girls asking for things (even G's water bottle...), and they wasn't anything left. So yes, I asked for 'picks', and the roadie answered "pizzas? you want some pizzas? yeah, me too I'm starving!" :p But he looked for it anyway, and as there were none, he gave me a setlist, so thank you M. Roadie! ^^ I'm hopeless, cause I realized that I wasn't really aware of anything going around me... :facepalm: TP effect! and I Finally Love This Town is technically a b-side, so it could be put on a potential album... they have to do a second album!! ^^
