Wow, my earlier mentioned local radiostation played 5 different Coldplay songs in total today :stunned: Quite impressive, I think :) Hopefully they will continue to be that 'Coldplay-friendly' in 2009 :D

I can see where you're coming from, I mean, it must be extremely frustrating at your age to stay at home on such a day - when everyone else is out and about and partying hard. In meinem Alter sollte ich es nicht nur werden, sondern schon lange sein ;) Bin ich aber nicht und es kratzt mich auch meistens nicht so sehr. Manchmal kommen aber doch so Momente durch, in denen ich an mir selbst zweifel ;)

Absolut! Und es sind ja meistens nicht nur die Ticketkosten alleine (die eh' schon gigantische Ausmasse angenommen haben im Vergleich zu DM-Zeiten!!!), sondern noch Sprit- bzw. Bahnfahrtkosten, Hotel und dergleichen ... Der Trip nach London inklusive der Konzertkarten wird mich sicherlich so viel kosten, wie 2 Wochen Pauschaulurlaub auf den Kanaren ;) Manchmal frage ich mich selbst (und andere Leute sowieso) ob ich meine Prioritäten richtig setze :laugh3:

Ich habe meine Tickets für Hannover und München schon und bin stark am überlegen, ob ich (neben den beiden London-Konzerten) nicht auch noch nach Dänemark fahre, denn die 345 km sind ja für mich quasi um die Ecke ;)

Had to bump this as a reminder! The BBC concert performance will be shown on TV later on (at 5 pm CET) at '3SAT'. Unfortunately only for half an hour but better than nothing, I guess :)

It's not really a 'thought' but something I wanted to tell you ... :) My local radiostation has this so called 'the new variety' thing going on which basically means that the listeners can request their fave songs between the holidays. I filled in the form to have 'LIT II' played for me and today morning they rang me up to record a bit of a chit-chat ;) Afterwards my request was played and it was the perfect way to start the day. They are currently playing quite a lot of CP which is of course fantastic. Okay, this isn't something spectacular but it's always these little things which put an extra smile on your face ... :smug:

Welcome to this place, make yourself feel at home and enjoy :) Don't worry about your english (which I think is absolutely okay for your age). It's a foreign language for many people on here so nobody would dare to laugh if you accidently mix something up. Otherwise, just keep reminding yourself that others should speak/write such good german before making fun of you or anyone else here ... ;) Hope that makes sense, but you probably get what I mean :cool: And you will see, in no time, your english will even get better :)

Maybe they are even tossing about a new record company just now ;) I am new to this forum and surely don't know all the details concerning contracts aso. but did anyone ever think of the fact, that they may have fulfilled their contract already? :wink3: 5 albums. Okay!? What does the word 'album' mean? How would you characterise an album or to put it in other words: what is the difference between an album or an EP with 8 tracks? Can 8 tracks (even if some of them were released on another album before) be called an album already? So that could mean, we have reached the magic 5 albums already! They are entitled to leave the contract and can either start releasing their stuff on their own label or search for another megadeal ... :D

I am probably a total party-pooper but I honestly can't laugh about all this. :thinking: It makes me rather sad that he/she is getting so much attention by people copying his/her style, even if it's meant to make fun of him/her ... :( Okay, I participated with one post, but thinking of it now, I should have stayed away from it :(

You're putting my hopes up high ... ;) Did I get you right on it? So this could mean if enough 'Chris-loving-Coldplayers' are around on a fun fair and I manage to read all their pervy thoughts (which isn't that hard, I guess :sneaky: ), I could easily increase my pocketmoney and that leads to the fact that I could attend even more Coldplay gigs in 2009 :D The perfect plan! :cool:
