Interpol will never make another TOTBL, just like how U2 won't make another Joshua Tree. I dislike how people expect bands like Interpol to just release the stuff that they made before. The album is much darker and looms over you. Banks does an awesome job and I can never rate any bands albums from best to worst when all of them have such different dynamics. I bought it, got a lame poster, lol I want to hear the bonus tracks now

Lights still does stand out for me. I am interested in hearing the 2 bonus tracks that are coming out with this. That'll add more to the album at the end, but when Paul croons "chasing my damage" and it echos in "The Undoing" it gives me definite chills

I am growing so much more on Success because the bass is brilliant. Summer Well is good, but I like Try It On - it's so different. The Undoing is really good too...but it's so atmospheric the album with all the sounds and everything. I can never rank albums from best to worst, and i refuse to, but I LOVE this album

it isn't officially out, but i have listening to the leak and it is amazing i think. such a dark album

Black Sheep is a great tune, but I get why they didn't put it on Fantasies, it doesn't really flow too much with the other songs...

I cannot wait to hear Guy's voice in some new songs. :)

just got back from seeing them! they were absolutely amazing, i couldn't expect anymore. sound was stellar and the new songs sounded great. pics and vids before the week is over i hope...i just wanted a quick post before bed!

the leak isn't good quality - so i am not too thrilled, but the album is wonderful and dark, i must say. I've looked up set lists and they only play Barricade, Summer Well, Success and Lights, so everything else off the record hasn't been played yet. still looking forward to the show!

seeing them tonight, I should have videos and pictures up by thursday! :D

I love Stars so much. for me, when I started listening to music, it started with U2 and then the next band I got really into was Stars, and I am so happy I did. Set Yourself On Fire is so wonderful
