So, my sources were right about them being on during the first hour? That's good to know. Normally it goes like this... Song of the Year is normally early on in the ceremony but it can also be in the middle. Record of the Year is in the middle or near the very end. If it's at the end it will be presented right before Album of the Year. Album of the Year is the last award presented.

Guys, it's just a damn TV show. Everyone has an opinion about the show, and we all know that opinions are not facts. Some may like the show and others may not, but the important thing is that no one is wrong because it's just an opinion. Is the show a classic? No. I don't think any TV show is a classic except the shows from my parents' generation such as Bonanza or MASH. Is it an entertaining show? IMO, yes it is. It's the closest thing I can watch that is a scary. LOL!!! So, can we get back to talking about the show? I think it will be two weeks before a new episode airs which sucks because the past three episodes were good. Now they are leaving us hanging by not showing a new episode this week and that blows. :laugh3: I hate it when shows do that. You're dying to find out what's going to happen next only to find out that you have to wait a few weeks.

For anyone interested....sources say that Coldplay will be on during the first hour of the broadcast. Not to say that that is true but that is what is going around.

Are we sure that they are performing Lost? Just because it's Jay-Z does not mean that they'll perform Lost. They could perform that song or another song with him that we do not know about. Heck, they could perform Lost and then play the music for one of Jay-Z's raps. You can never tell with the Grammys.

More likely no. It will not be shown on TV. If anything, the Grammys might show some highlights of the event but I truly doubt it.

You know your addicted when your willing to give up everything, from spending time with your friends and even visiting forums, just to listen to their music, watch their videos, and be on the lookout for any news concerning the band.

England. The reason why is that you know Coldplay will be coming back to the US in the future and you can always see them when they come back. But, you don't know if you will ever again have an opportunity to visit England. Visiting England could be the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. If you don't take it then you might regret it. Traveling so far to a wonderful place is a great opportunity for anyone.

I agree that they should not have said that this was a big announcement because it really wasn't a big announcement. With that being said, who's to say that Coldplay won't go to Latin America or do more dates in Asia? They could annouce that they are heading to those places next week. Who's to know? In all honesty, what Coldplay is doing is basically what other top artists do....they tend to do more shows in Europe and the US/Canada. Yeah, other artists do perform in Asia, Latin America, Australia/New Zealand, but they spend more time in Europe and the US/Canada. Why is that? Could it be the cost of putting on a show? I don't know but maybe it's cheaper to put on a show in these places than in other places. It could also be about the amount of money the band can make. If a promoter is willing to fork over the money for an artist, well, the artist will more likely take it. As since they are doing stadiums, well, could they also be looking at the infrastructure? Are there stadiums that can meet their needs? I'm not saying that these countries don't, I am just pointing out what they might be thinking when they are deciding on where they should go. I don't think this is a American -vs- the rest of the world issue when it comes to this. In reality, it's a business issue and artists do what the business dictates.

Yeah, I agree. Sam is caught between being the innocent one who justs wants to get out of the buisness, while at the same time he wants to get rid of Lillith. He has changed while Dean is still his wild self who never had a childhood because he had to take care of Sam while Daddy went hunting. Dean does not know anything but hunting while Sam knows there is something other than hunting. All I know is that the past three episodes are setting us up for one heck of a season finale.

Even though they are not coming near me, I am still going to see the band. I need to decide on whether to see them in Ontario or MA. Either one will be a vacation for me so I am happy. :)

It's obvious that his lawyer does not know s**t. The only Grammy that Joe could get, if the courts rule in his favor, would be Song of the Year. Song of the Year is awarded to the songwriters, and he would have to be given credit if the courts agree that the band "copied" his crappy song. However, Album and Record of the Year goes to the performer, producer, engineer, and/or mixer. He would not get a damn thing if they won those or any other category. The only thing this guy needs is a good ass kicking.

Being served means being handed the legal papers that say who is suing you, why, and so forth. You are either served by attorneys or court officials, though I believe court officials do it more often. It is easy to get served if you live in the country where the lawsuit is filed, but this is not the case. Court officials and lawyers can not serve legal papers in countries since it is outside of their jurisdiction. Once the band lands in the US then they are able to get served with the legal papers because it is here that the lawsuit was filed and where it will be settled.

You don't get the CBS network? 60 Minutes and the Grammys are on the same network. If you get 60 Minutes, you don't have to leave your couch because you will be able to watch both 60 Minutes and the Grammys in one setting. I hope you get the network. Nothing's better than watching it on TV.

^^^Coldplay can't take the notice because they haven't been in the country since the lawsuit was filed. If he had filed the lawsuit earlier then they would have been served with the papers. But, since they haven't been here there is no way for this dickhead's lawyers to hand them the papers. Lawyers can only serve papers in their native country. I'm sure Coldplay would have taken the papers if that's dickhead's lawyers handed them to them since they are professional and mature men unlike Joe "The Dickhead" Satarini. Sorry for the language but this is really ticking me off. It just proves more and more to me that this idiot has no class at all.
