haha same! i dont even know how to make them in photoshop, and i know how to use photoshop :uhoh: yah i have a program called GIF-fun (:lol:) and i have to rip the vid from youtube which had terrible quality, then i have to open the vid inquick time, then save each still into a folder, then i have to change all of them to jpegs individually, then i have to drag all of them (one at a time or it doesnt work) into iphoto THEN drag each still one by one into the GIF maker. sometimes i have to adjust the speed on each frame as well. :sick: it's mostly the converting of the stills into the right format of picture that is the biggest pain the ass. i need to find an easier way!

they're not retarded! they're better than most of my GIFs! cuz most of my GIFs i have to get the video from youtube so the quality is shite. and the way i have to make GIFS is really inefficient and it takes me forever.
