So I watched the interview and Bono and The Edge laughed and Bono went "Well, they're one of our biggest influences, a genuine treasure, a national treasure" with a smirk on his face. Lol. BUT he does go on to say that he thinks the reason that U2 and Coldplay are kind of hated on is because their music has a lot of joy in it and people get annoyed by the joy. Which is nice? I guess?

Yeah, I have to agree. It's a bit ridiculous when you see celebrities hiding their faces. The paps are still gonna take pictures of you. Leonardo DeCaprio is big on that, he'll like sprint into his vehicle with his head covered. He's gonna run into a tree one day. And then the paps will have a field day. Plus, no one really seems to care that much about Chris/Gwyneth anymore. Maybe that's the result of their hiding away, but I dunno.
