That's funny! :lol: Today I sat in music class and we had to sing a 'new' song (our teacher thought it was new to us, but it for sure wasn't), called 'Those were the days' written by Paul McCartney and under the actual song there were a few lines about the song on the sheet. There was written, that the Beatles were looking for new, young artists after founding their own record label 'Apple'. I sat there, making that face: :stunned: Guess what the first thing on my mind was? Right, I wondered if Chris thought of the own record label of one of his favourite bands with naming his first child Apple. Which is of course crazy. :rolleyes:

At least the paps some kind of 'understood' and took more photos from Gwyneth and Moses than of Apple. But ... it really scares me, how Apple looks like when they are chased by paps. :\

Well, maybe that's one of the points. If there's a raidostation that plays Viva and at least one person is listening, Viva got a play. No matter how many people actually listened to it. Okay, maybe that example is unrealistic, but ... I think you know what I mean. :rolleyes:

Hm, I didn't do such a jacket on my own (to be honest, I just bought a similiar one and didn't change anything, so it hasn't all this decoration on it), but I think you could sew the stripes on the jacket and then put the buttons on it. Maybe it would also work with waterproof colours, but I think it wouldn't turn out the way Chris' did, because, if I'm not blind, he didn't paint those strpies on the jacket as well. By the way: Welcome to the board. ;)

Just because I watched the uncut version of the Rove interview from a few weeks ago and in this version the interviewer asks Chris about him making lists all the time. And the other three agree that Chris has some kind of predilection for lists. He even made Jonny making a list recently. So that's why it reminded me a bit of Chris.

Habe gestern gleich zwei Coldplay Lieder im Fernsehen bei irgendwelchen Serien gehört! :nice: Einmal Lovers In Japan, was ich jetzt auch schon ein paar Mal im Hintergrund bemerkt habe. Zuerst dachte ich, dass es in Deutschland vielleicht auch als Single angesehen wird, aber dann habe ich doch tatsächlich Death And All His Friends gestern gehört! :stunned: Nicht nur einen kleinen Teil oder so, sie haben Teile davon über fünf Minuten gespielt! RTL scheint Coldplay wirklich zu lieben. ;)

Sparks and Spies are the two songs I start with when I want to listen to music in bed. I probably fall asleep after them. Since a few weeks I add A Spell A Rebell Yell, it makes me feel so good and content. :nice:

One of my friends used to listen to Viva La Vida and it happend that she joined me to go to their show. She didn't know any song exspect of Viva so it was an 'experiment' for her. It took me six months to make her borrow my albums, but it worked. ;) I agree with you, do not give too many songs the same time away. And look carefully to choose some popular ones or ones which are not too experimental for the first round. For example I truly love Lovers In Japan and it's such a perfect song, but I wouldn't give it away to a first time listener. Therefore I think it's a bit too ... maybe you could get a wrong impression of Coldplay. LiT ii and Clocks should be in, Strawberry Swing and Speed Of Sound as well. And, as a tipp, don't put too many X&Y tracks together in a row, because all my friends who listened to the whole X&Y said they can't differ one song from another. (Which I can't understand.)

When you listen to music on you MP3 player all the time in the breaks at school and wait for somebody to ask you which type of MP3 player it is (and that happens quite often), just to show those people your Coldplay wallpaper and the Coldplay song you are currently listening to. :rolleyes:
