  1. these were available in 2008, i watched them then.
  2. yeh I can believe that, but im grateful in a way, afterall, i go to the concerts to hear coldplay not the people next to me even if that is at the expense of the overall atmosphere.
  3. interesting, ive thought about this alot in the past, I think personal music taste has many factors, for example what music you are exposed to while at a young age etc. I am relatively shy and i do love slow emotional songs but i also love rage against the machine and michael jackson.
  4. coldplay are generous, they played those free shows when viva came out, brixton etc..
  5. hardly any similarity apart from towards the end the piano plays a similar sequence to chris's vocals, "i always loved you and i always will"
  6. This type of voting system is never accurate and always tends to leave out great bands so i wouldnt worry. That being said i dont really think muse or the killers deserve to be on there...that twilight song killed whatever remaining respect i had for them.
  7. I couldnt agree more. it doesnt make sense! I find more coldplay fans on youtube. Maybe all the coldplay fans are over at the radiohead or muse pages because all their fans seem to be here... greatest artist today? hmmmmmmmmmmmm........... let me think.....COLDPLAY.
  8. Its interesting to hear about your dislike of CSC, personally its one of the highlights of VLV and i dont understand the radiohead comparison?! 42 sounds to me the most like radiohead (up until the "you thought you might be a ghost" part)which frustrates me because I love coldplays originality. Anyway, I guess my least favourite coldplay song would have to be 1.36 or twisted logic, I still listen to them but they are not in the same category as their other stuff IMO, Also a major confession is that ive never been that keen on lost, i still like it but i never loved it, apart from that i literally LOVE every other coldplay song.
  9. of course not lol! that would be crazy without evidence!
  10. Listen, you're rude to me for no reason everytime i come on this forum, whats the matter? dont like the taste of your own medicine? Go learn some manners then come back and apologise.
  11. Yeh i agree which is why i critized them back. God isnt real btw
  12. lets hear your voice then...no? yeh thats what i thought, your voice isnt even good enough to be called crap. Cant believe all the negative people in this forum
  13. well you are a human being with an opinion then, just watch the live vids for toronto 2005..... I thought wedding bells was great, yes a little bit shaky at first, then pure emotion, loved it, altho i still prefer the guitar. Also he looked great, he's put on loads of weight too which is good.
  14. Hello ppl, after a long time away from here due to a laptop virus I am back with an amazing story to tell, last night after a game of football (soccer if you're american) at our local playing football pitch. We had just separated to make our way home when me and three others walked down to into the surrounding woodland. We could hear screaming, it must have been from a fox but at the time we didnt know what it was, my friend got out his iphone and turned on the light, he shone it around and directly infront of us was a 6 foot black cat staring at us in the dark. It began to move slowly towards us and we ran as fast as we could back towards the football pitch, we were in total shock. I live in a small urban town 20 miles from london and never expected this to happen! amazing huh?
  15. Ive been driving for three years and sometimes i just go for a drive at night when all the roads are empty, I listen to late night radio or a CD, It so relaxing and it clears my mind, It gives me time to think. I just have to watch out for wildlife. I also drove from Essex to scotland for fun once when i first passed to practice which was brilliant, the roads up there are great.
  16. no i formed my own opinions on Mandela, But even if i had been convinced by others it would have been because they made a better case than yours. The war is highly unpopular, I expect nothing less. Glad you had fun, I finally get to see your true intentions shining through. and with regard to poking me, go ahead, knock yourself out kid
  17. hmm so how comes you keep checking this thread? its basically dead, you read my posts but you are just too spoilt to admit you dont have a clue. you need to be more humble or you are going to remain a total prick for the rest of your life.
  18. Brand used to be funny before he became big, he started to become more eccentric to get attention and media coverage.
  19. hahahaha you loser, poor Braddock has been spoilt since he was a child, he cannot take somebody else having another opinion and not being able to think of a comeback. poor baby braddock. you can always improve your argument by doing something called "learning" its very interesting.
  20. I could have argued from your side better than you did, its actually hilarious, you know a few tiny bits of information from the media, fucking classic.
  21. too hard to read more like, How did you manage to read all those other posts, i mean thats alot of information, maybe your brain goes all fuzzy when alot of information tries to get in?
  22. one moment you seem to care, the next you are not interested in anything, I havent got time for this. I would rather talk to my dog.
  23. Condensed, Sadam broke laws. US cannot allow. Murder, innocent lives lost through Sadam. Immoral to leave people to suffer. Im not arrogant. Hows that?
  24. lol the most backhanded complement of all time, Im a moron but a decent guy, thanks. My mind was made up about the war long long ago, I started off thinking that it was a total mistake, but then i read about things like Sadam making relatives of publicly executed citizens applaud as they watched or they would kill another relative, I read about the 180,000 Kurds gassed, I read about people seeing Sadams army coming over the horizon and slaughtering indiscriminately. I cannot imagine what it must be like the have the government condone murder, I cannot imagine an opressive totalitarian state with a psychopathic dictator. On Mandela I already explained why I gave my view, its directly after the quote you mined. It also answers the last part of your reply, as to why i suddenly began thinking he wasnt overrated, I read through the events, formed a fair minded, logical decision and began to express my views, thats all, I wasnt trying to just go against you, I wasnt trying to be a sheep, I just thought I would explain my thoughts. Im glad to hear your very last comments, all I can add is that I never want to come across as ignorant or arrogant, I am always open to better ideas, its how I learn. Also for the record im not American.
