Ok firsty i was replying to Braddock's statement ("It isn't fair to expect people in the third world to become vegetarians") I guess he's talking about people that DONT have a choice. Secondly, yes i agree its a bit "unthinkable" but thats the only way i would eat meat and since i was asked, I thought i would answer it. Also " thinking those were not even once an animal in its fullness" well.... thats why I'm a vegetarian. And finally, I have studied diet and nutrition and I have many health books, some even stating every mineral and vitamin known and where to get it. So all you have to do is find me something you can only get from meat and you win. Btw I am a Pesco-vegetarian which means i eat fish.

I actually quite like Jeremy Kyle, he can be a bit annoying sometimes, like when he shouts and acts for the cameras. Still, he has to deal with alot of total scumbags that are too stupid to work out the most basic things in life (like having a baby and then having to support it). This made me laugh though and I really want to see the actual clip, im gonna check youtube.

Coldplay use the American spelling because "Technicolor" is a trademark, so they ignore the British spelling. We never spell it "color". I wonder why the U got dropped? Usually American spelling is more accurate than British in terms of pronunciation but not here. Strange.

I found that the medication made me feel more care free and it was good for a few anxiety problems I had but it can not change the way you think. If you have a reason for being depressed then medication will not change much. It does give you a more optimistic feeling though. Side effects are another downside, I couldnt sleep and would finally drift off at around 4am which made work the next morning difficult. Doctors are too quick to put you on a course of meds in my experience. Oops double post, hmmm how do i delete?

LOL yeh you're right, my boss at work bought some "magic crystals" because they are supposed to help him heal if he gets hurt. He makes my life hell because he always does things the hard way then dismisses advice from others.

Yeh, thats good you didnt take them because they can change you. I ended up taking them for a long time, then stopping..then something very bad happened to me...Anyway...they can help for some people but people are too quick to say "you are depressed therefore medication is right for you" no, sometimes you have to find something thats tailored just for you, be it counselling, confiding in someone of just dealing with it yourself.

Yes it is providing you make sure you get all of the vitamins and nutrients the body requires. There is nothing you cannot get from other foods that you can get from meat.
