The showing of forearm skin or some such is NOT provocative, all I beleive she is saying is that if you advertise flesh near sex organs you're going to get a reaction. It's biological. Have you never seen a girl in a bikini before?? The Muslim rule about burqas is RIDICULOUS but if you beleive in FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION you would agree that you should be able to wear WHATEVER you wish. Trying to control the wearing of burqas is as bad as trying to control the wearing of anything. You should REALLY try to control the morons out there who BEAT women if they aren't wearing burqas -- you shouldn't just tell them to wear them.
