  1. "Seeds" is great. :wacky: I didn't care too much for "Suck It and See," though. I don't know; I like their earlier work better. I haven't listened to Kasabian's new LP yet, but I plan to very soon. Miles Kane was a pleasant surprise, and while BARB! wasn't as good as TSSK, it's still a nice Elbow album. Oh, and thanks for reminding me about Frank Turner. I've been meaning to look into him.

Hint of bluegrass? Maybe. Country? Hell no.
  3. I love how people are saying stuff like that ^ when the album isn't even out and they've only heard legit studio versions of all of three songs, which isn't even 1/4 of the album content. :|
  4. I agree with your spoiler. LOLno.
  5. All I know is that when I went to California for a band trip my senior year of high school, my friends and I got a lot of disdainful looks. >_>
  6. ^ I don't know everything on that list, but that looks pretty solid.
  7. Yeah, I believe we did, actually. This is what brought up the whole "let's share accents" thing, if I'm not mistaken. Speaking of which, I've been told by members of this forum that my accent is only slight. I'm quite pleased. :smug:
  8. I wish I could've bought more than one poster. Alas, funds were scarce. :bigcry:
  9. Dude, that's two years worth of college for me. :dead:
  10. ^ We are examples of why Texas stereotypes are wrong.
  11. I personally find stereotypes about my state more annoying than that of my nation.

  13. Yeah, it was the same at my uni (the b/w CP poster). What university do you go to?
  14. Dee.  Is there a reason why you're doing all this stuff at once in the first place? I know I have problems juggling too much stuff at one time; it's why I've decided I can't do Pep Band again this year. I know getting that bachelor's so soon would be a great accomplishment, but is it really worth all the trouble? I don't like people being so miserable over stuff like this.
  15. Awww, what a shame. I like Cults. :\ Oh well. Even if I agreed with you, it's still better than the new Kaiser Chiefs album.

    O HAI :cheesy:
  17. Honestly, I'm kinda excited about this. :cheesy:
  18. Oh, that's interesting. I didn't know that. Thanks for sharing that bit, Angie. :nice:
  19. Wow, that's actually really neat.
  20. Me too. I never got why people were like, "Ugh, awful song." I like Chris' low range there. Mmmmm, "Teardrop." What a great song. Elbow does an amazing cover of that, too.
  21. Awww, it's so cute when you fanboy, Mike.
  22.  "For those who believe, no proof is necessary. For those who don't believe, no proof is possible."-Stuart Chase Yeah, that pretty much explains how subjective music is.
