    GUYYYYYYY.
  4. Thanks, you two. Don't sweat it, Natt.
  5. True. I have an uncle who suffered that sort of injustice. (Oddly enough, his case also took place in Florida. Funny how that works.) Awwwww. That poor guy. It sucks to be him. :\
  6. WHAT? He IS schmexay. :charming: Um, YAH. I'm here protecting you all from Wolstenbabies, and you LAUGH? Do you know how much more complicated a Wolstenpregnancy is, compared to regular ones? :wreck:  Glad you enjoyed it. :D Excuse you. There are other men who have posted in this thread. :snobby:
  7. Wow. My mom cried. SHE CRIED. I don't know what to think about that.
  8. I didn't mean for the video to take 9 minutes long. That was my fault for rambling. My bad. I just wanted to be thorough. You'll understand when you see it.
  9. I think the vast majority of the country is baffled about that, honestly.
  10. No. You need to watch it. Trust me.
  11. I made a video for you all. It contains a very important message. (Michael, you know about this already, as I sent you a different video beforehand.) Anyway, here's the video: http://www.mediafire.com/?4w9watxx7535wwx I decided not to upload it to YouTube in order to maintain some sense of dignity.
  12. That's pretty much my reaction, as well as my friends, from what I'm reading in my Facebook news feed. SO PISSED. Oh, man. I'm afraid to go home and see my mom's reaction. She's going to be hella mad. :anxious: I don't think it's that, so much as they felt like there wasn't enough evidence to convict her. Yeah, the "lying to police" charges are only up to 1 year in prison for each count. Not much is going to hapen with that, I don't think. :| It's stupid. They don't have any right to smile, especially not Jose Baez. Their exedcution is shoddy. That's why I'm particularly upset about the verdict. The defense case wasn't as great as it was supposed to be at all. They didn't substantiate ANYTHING they said in opening statements. So yeah. NOT HAPPY.
  13. Her body had already been skeletonized by that point, so there weren't any lungs to examine for chlorine.
  14. Oh, man. My mom has been obsessed with the Casey Anthony case from the very beginning. She's had the trial on everyday for the past 30-something days it's been going on. Needless to say, because of that, I've been following it, too. José Baez is the worst defense attorney I have ever seen. I understand he hasn't been a lawyer that long, but some of the mistakes he made are just common sense. He's just...wow. I can't even describe it. Dorothy Clay-Sims isn't any better. To be frank, she came off as a dingbat. Chaney (sp?) Mason seems to be the only lawyer on that defense team with a solid head on his shoulders. As far as the prosecution goes, all I can say is Jeff Ashton is a beast at cross-examination. He's goooood. My mom had the firm belief long before the trial even started that Casey is as guilty as sin. Honestly, she annoys me sometimes with how much she talks about this trial and how awful a human being Casey is. While I don't think some of the evidence is as solid as I wanted it to be, in this particular case, common sense just kinda takes over. If your child really died by drowning in your swimming pool, there's no reason for it to have gotten this way. There was no reason to hide it for 31 days, then act like she was really kidnapped by some person that doesn't even really exist, then tell your parents while they visit you in prison that you feel she's still alive. There's no need for it to be that way. Dr. G. made the excellent point during her testimony that in all drowning cases she has ever covered-that's 100%, mind you-the parents/guardians IMMEDIATELY called 911. Every last one of them. Given what I've heard, I'm convinced she killed Caylee.
  15. Awww, that's a shame. :\ While it's not a masterpiece like "The Seldom Seen Kid," I think it's a solid album in its own right. It's fine, though; you're not the only one who was disappointed by it. Actually, "Neat Little Rows" is one of my least favorites on the album.
  16. OK. I have to say this. HUMMINAHUMMINAHUMMINASDFAKSDFHIAHWEIGASBDKASDNFKASDNFKASDNFASKFNASDKFNASKDNAKSFKSDJKFSKDFKDJAKSFASDA. :sweatdrop: Yeah. I can see them all now. They're so glorious. Speaking of which, I'mma make a parody about that right now. "Chris, he's married with kids, but he turns me on, like no one else caaaaaaan. He rockets through my pervert mind. He fuels my brain. He feeds my heart. He too is so gloooooooriooooooous." OK, now that I have officially lost my mind, I think I'm going to go listen to some bass-heavy Muse songs and be on my way with my dirty little self. :escaping:
  17. I use Internet Explorer by default. I've tried using the other browsers. They fail horribly on dial-up, especially Google Chrome. :disappointed:

  19. Apparently, there is a lot of Wolstenlove in this new thread. Too bad a sea of red Xs have assaulted my computer, and I can't see any of them. Sad Wolstenfan is sad. :bigcry:
  20. UTIS is great. I just happen to like H&F more because to me, it seems more...sincere? I don't know. I can't find a good word for it. I find it interesting you used Franz Ferdinand as an example. I think their third album is quite different from their first two. It's more electronic. Yeah, I understand that. I think it's our duty as fans, though, to make our voices heard when they change things. That way, they know what they should keep or get rid of. If there are so many people that dislike what a band does, they're most certainly going to at the very least take it into consideration and think, "Hmmm, our fanbase really didn't agree with this. Maybe we should go a different direction." On that same token, if there's something the band does that's spot on, they need to know that, too, so they can put it in their treasure chest of tricks and incorporate it in later music.
  21. Ahhh. Makes sense. That sounds kinda pointless, though, to have it almost a week late, doesn't it? :\
  22. Mine were like, the free ones with the plan. LOL. :|
  23. I'm on my second phone now. My first one was a silver Nokia. It was pretty much a brick. The only reason I have my current phone is because I had misplaced my purse and thought it was stolen, and it had my phone in it. I ended up not finding the purse until after I had gotten the new phone, but I was fine with that because the audio on my first phone sucked really bad, anyway.
