  1. It's OK, Rudy. I don't mind.

Yeah, and cool people like Will and I are there. :D
  3. What the... :wtf: This is sad. Just plain sad.
  4. WIN. But my name's not Violent. :wreck:
  5. Haha, no. Nice! YAY GLIERE. :awesome:

Albums are usually released on Mondays in the UK and have a US release the following Tuesday. I think it's safe to say the new Elbow album should be released on March 8th here in the States.
  7. If I could still fit into those red slacks I used to wear in high school, I would totally wear those, my red dress jacket, and a white shirt and pose as Matt. :awesome:
  8. I'm thinking of throwing in all the other ridiculous amount of awards they won (e.g. NME, Kerrang!, Q, etc.) just to accentuate how awesome they really are.
  9. EYE WUV YEW, LORE.
  10. I really don't think my professor wants to hear about my extreme attraction to Wolsty for 60 seconds...
  11. ^ Christina, how the hell am I gonna fit all that in under 4 minutes? :dead:
  12. How dare you laugh at my misfortune, Lore. :disappointed:
  13. Yeah, I saw that in the Owl City thread. You'll be happy to know, BTW, that I finally downloaded "Peppermint Winter" over the weekend. That song is quite cute.
  14. I basically have free range here. My professor said to talk about something that you have a passion for. Hence, Muse makes complete sense. I'm probably going to model it similar to how a girl in my class did her speech about Kings of Leon this afternoon. She basically gave general information that we needed to know. It's informative. :nice:
  15. ^ You fangirl, you. :snobby: To be fair, I'm excited about that as well. :wacky:
  16. It will probably happen, guys. OK, so what do you reckon I should cram into 3-4 minutes that's most relevant about them, other than the blatantly obvious? (e.g. albums, band members, etc.)
  17. Even if I agreed with that, The Killers >>>>> Brandon Flowers on his own. I'm not saying I hated the album, because I didn't. I did, however, think it was somewhat lacking.
  18. I hate that whole "violets are blue" thing. No. Violets aren't blue. Violets are violet. They're called violets for a reason. I wouldn't normally make such a big deal about something this silly, but as it is my namesake, I find it relevant. :snobby: ... Yeah, OK, I'm done. :uhoh:
  19. I have a 3-4 minute pop culture speech I have to prepare. The outline is due Wednesday. I'm thinking of using Muse as my topic. :awesome:
  20. Well then. Let's hope it doesn't turn out like Brandon's.
  21. +100 Bolded part = story of my life. WIN. Yesterday, I had a friend of mine write a huge Facebook note making the point that V-Day is stupid because you should treat the person you love that way everyday, not just on one day reserved for that kind of nonsense. I completely agree with it.
  22. Oh, Briggs. You're so hipster. :wacky:
