Source: Fasterlouder.com MYSTERY JETS TO TOUR AUSTRALIA Mystery Jets have announced plans for an “absoulte monster” world tour, which will apparently take the band to “Australia, America, Europe, Japan, England and then the moon.” The band’s most recent visit to Australia included shows at the Falls festival and a gig on the first day of 2009 that prompted FasterLouder’s reviewer to breathlessly declare that “2009 is barely one day old but I might have just seen the best show of the year; The Mystery Jets.” The band promises that the “When and where [of the tour] will be revealed soon” but considering that the band’s history with the Falls Festival perhaps we should have included them in our betting for the festival’s lineup.

42 days! Yes I am counting down... it's getting me through these exams! I know I'll be pretty much talking to myself in this thread but oh well :p My friends and I are starting to gather up tents, eskies etc to bring, and I've bought a battery-powered camera and a battery-powered phone charger already. One of my friends is coming shopping with me next week to buy clothes to wear, as we're pretty resigned to the fact that the ones we wear could possibly get ruined :P If anyone wants to post any tips on how to survive a camping festival (this will be my first one) please, share! :awesome:
