Besides the lyrics and song title, I can't see how Rainy Day would be good because like kimgan said, it is a very upbeat song and it sounds too happy for a Rainy Day.

LiTII is good for a sunny morning because of the string part in the beginning and the upbeat sound. It's the first song I listen to on my way out in the mornings.
