I disagree, but to an extent. He still puts out great music, even in his 70's. I liked most of the songs during his Christian era, but the CD's following that era were pretty mediocre.

I am hoping for the same.

The first three will be the best, until they release something similar in fashion. I love the new direction Coldplay is heading, and Brian Eno did the right thing by helping them improve their style, but I hope for at least one more 'basic-Coldplay' record before they are done. (Which I guarantee will happen.)

I don't honestly believe we have heard much of the album. Besides the big hits at the festivals, I can see most the songs making it as a B-side to the singles for Mylo Xyloto.
