  1. Ooh, that's lovely. :wideeyed: Thanks for sharing the pics, and welcome to Coldplaying!
  2. You had to do that in the 8th grade? :stunned: That sounds like something for junior or senior year of high school. In an AP class. Or maybe that's just me. :blank:
  3. I NEED to see this band live. :sad2: . . . oh, hey, we have an Elvis smiley! Did not know that. :elvis: :awesome:
  4. If you save it from the Coldplay website, it will have that other title. :)
  5. Ah, thanks for the correction! :) I got that setlist from the Coldplaying wiki here. Perhaps someone should tell Ian the correct order of the songs?
  6. 1. In My Place 2. Glass Of Water 3. Yellow 4. Lost! 5. God Put A Smile Upon Your Face 6. Cemeteries of London 7. Trouble 8. Til Kingdom Come 9. Shiver 10. Death And All His Friends 11. Clocks 12. Viva La Vida 13. Fix You ENCORE 14. Politik 15. The Scientist 16. Back for Good (w/ Gary Barlow) 17. Christmas Lights
  7. Definitely can't forget those! I think my favorite one is the Oxegen outfit; it's just so ridiculous. I wonder what other costumes Dom will have next tour. :P Chris and his awesome pipe. And Dom with a drum.
  8. Nice pictures! It's gigs like Wembley that make me want to move to the U.K. Looking back at Matt's amazing/ridiculous/sparkly suits . . .
  9. I know the boys deserve a nice, long break from all that touring, but I'm still quite bummed out that it's over. I like this idea. :awesome: The boys being adorable. The boys wearing snazzy jackets. The boys on stage, playing their epic songs while standing on epic towers.
  10. Yeah, it looks like Simon Pegg. Looks like he took over Phil's spot.
  11. No new songs . . . yet? So far, we know they played 'Til Kingdom Come, Yellow, In My Place, Shiver and Trouble. Not in that order. :P There might have been other songs too.
  12. Fish eggs disturb me a bit.
  13. That Twitpic was pretty much the first thing I woke up to. Don't ever change, Dom. The bananas and wine are a nice touch.
  14. The past year or so, I've only heard Viva la Vida, Clocks, and Yellow on the radio. I heard Lovers in Japan twice, but then they stopped playing it. Back in 2005, I heard Speed of Sound practically three times every day.
  15. That's wonderful of the boys to do that. :) I hope your friend fully recovers.
  16. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I guess Coldplay were talking about the inspiration they got from Frida Kahlo's painting ("Viva la Vida") when they were touring South America. I kinda remember Chris saying something about how the colors were vibrant and full of life, and he wanted to reflect that in the album. Kahlo's painting is just one of the influences, though.
  17. Aw! Hopefully, you'll be able to see Muse on their next tour! I've never seen them live, but from what I've heard from reviews and seen on YouTube, their live show is something you won't want to miss. It's a ridiculously catchy song, and the video is pretty awesome. :wacky: I literally tried jumping without bending my knees after I read your post. I only made it less than half an inch off the ground. EDIT: While TIRO was the first Muse song I was obsessed with, Take a Bow and Map of the Problematique () were the ones that really got me into Muse. Starlight too.
  18. Aw, no! We're definitely not like "EW TWILIGHT KILL IT WITH FIRE". (I personally just find Twilight pretty hilarious.) And there's absolutely nothing wrong with discovering Muse or any other band through Twilight. :nice: It just kinda sucks when Twilighters claim that Muse is their favorite band when the only songs they know are the ones from the soundtracks and they don't make an effort to listen to Muse's albums. There's no need to apologize. :) That's awesome that you're checking out more of Muse's music. Welcome to the thread! EDIT: Time Is Running Out was the first Muse song I obsessed over. :awesome:
  19. The #1 source for all things Muse. :P Every time a scene from the movie popped up in the video, I thought "Please get off my screen." The director's cut is much more enjoyable. :wacky:
  20. Just three more gigs? Time passes by quite quickly. You guys probably have already seen this, but I'll just post it, because I like it. A lot. Even if the song itself still makes me laugh. Neutron Star Collision without the Twilight scenes. :awesome: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMtDYG1CgNw&feature=player_embedded]Neutron Star Collision yaaaay[/ame]
