I'm at the moment watching a The edge of glory performance and I totally love it :)

Usually Idol winners fail to do well leater lol. Kelly clarkson IMO its the best one and one of the biggest . Carrie underwood did pretty well for herself. Daughtry was good and Jennifer hudson . Neither of those were winner though

Well , enough to give you chills. I mean , at least the tecnichal aspect of it is objective. Weather you feel the emotion , whether you feel the "richness" is subjective to the listener .

Well , I was actually reffering to the tecnichal aspect of their voices. Leona ( I might dare to say its in a higher league than Jennifer ) , Christina , Jennifer etc. Whether you think they have soul or not , is up to you though. The 3 of them have tecnichally amazing voices . The 3 of them :)

Im surprised you like another artist that isnt alternative stuff :shocked2: Glad though :P . Jennifer has an amazing voice. I felt so sad when her mother and (Ithink) Sister were killed :( . She have an impressive performance of Let It Be at the Haiti benefit concert . Truly amazing voice Defenetely one of the best singers of her generation out there , with Christina , Leona and all of those artists :)

I actually hate that they have chosen her as the other Judge. 90% of america has no idea of who Cheryl Cole is. She is a relative flop in the UK already , who , not only sings bad and dances badly , she does not have succsess without the Xfactor help. WHY SIMON ; WHY ? . I would have preffered Nicki minaj instead :inquisitive: . Im good with L.A Reid and Simon though ..

Well , that's subjective. Though I'm glad you enjoy it more :) I agree with Amy ruining herself. With all of the drougs she takes + blake drama she clearly runied herself. Now she has fake boobs and looks liike a drag queen:angry:

I like it too :) . I kinda love gaga's voice . I think that she is kinda underrated . Meaning that she is more talented and more involved with her artistry than what people really think. They took it as the typical pop blond singer :thinking:

Set fire to The rain is slaying me atm . Amaaazing song , definitely one of my favorite songs on the album . Hope it's the 3rd single and gets a video. A song worth listening to

Meh , I get were you come from , but I kinda enjoy it. I mean yes it gets kinda tiring , but I love beeing in the mall or places and hear the songs I love :P. Though I NEVER listen to the radio , I have like 0 connection with local radio , so i don't have that problem :lol: . Im always listening to my ipod and the music I like Well , Yes kinda , I guess. I was reffering , if you turn your radio , or go to Itunes , electro-dance music ( Rihanna , beyonce , Gaga , Black eyed peas , Katy perry , Britney Spears , Ke$ha) Are dominating the charts , airwaves etc , And its kinda refreshing to see someone that although she didn't do something new , or created a new genere , Its completely different from what its on the radio today. It kinda reminds me of when Amy Winehouse came out

No she wasnt. Pop stars now a days use back up tracks and sing over them. Some artists use back up tracks just cause they simply can't sing live ( For example Rihanna , listen to her singing Only Girl and you will notice it) . Other artists use it just as a back up , and mainly because they are going to belt or do the ad libs more tecincally demanding. Sometimes they use it to "catch a break" and they sing it , but is lower so you can't really hear her voice clearly. Take a look at the complete video and you will get what I'm saying.

Well , I just wanted to make a thread about her. There has been a lot of talk about her , a lot of hype on her album and she has seriously been smashing and breaking a lot of records leately. So what Do you think about her ?. TBH I think it's kinda refreshing to have an artist of this type on the radios/music again . Its hilarious how she is doing better than Rihanna/katy Perry/Britney :laugh3: . I have just downloaded her album , And it's quite good. It kinda reminds me of Amy Winehouse

I don't personally like Hip Hop . Though Im okey with Hip hop pop collabos ... They have catchy lines and things so I kinda like it :)

She is really really involved with the music she does. From the writing it to produce it , to making her shows and directing her own videos. Like it or not , This girl works hard for what shes got. Icant at people saying she was britney 2.0. Clearly gaga is more talented
