Yup , its not that bad though .. they do it to make it better and to make their product "perfect". its not like the audio its completely different . but the vocals are better :lol: Im not saying coldplay does this , or that in the Live 2003 they did this , its just an example: Lets say Coldplay are making a VLV DVD .. its time for chris to sing VLV .. he does the song , jumps and runs arround , and its kinda breathless and sounds a little raspy .. They probaly dub it in order to fix it. Maybe increasing the volume of the crowd in the "ohhhh" part .. also to fix chris vocals and make them seem more flawless and normal , intead of the raspy breathless ones .. You know ? TBH , i dont know lol . Actually im not an american person .. And its the first time that i've seen the superbowl .. But i have seen other performances and it seemed like people on the field had a coreography prepared and in others had drums and trompets etc .. But tbh , i really dont know :D

I dont think BEP had anything to do .. I mean Halftime shows always have that much people imo . Its funny to see that fergie can not sing as high as axel :lol: and , i totally saw that ! she was humping slash , she totally looked like a whore , and whipping her hair like a bitch next to him !

Yup , events live such as the grammy's oscar's etc are not dubbed , for clear reasons ( they are actually live ) the same goes to charity specials (where they sing etc) . I've seen with charity specials ( for example katrina one ) that you have 2 versions , the version that was actually "live" .. the "undubbed" one .. and then the one that its on DVD that its dubbed :lol: With DVD's of artists they are ALWAYS dubbed ( Sometimes the undubbed videos leak ) . They do this with almost every artist ( to not say 100% ) . Its made by the record label and , its not really a big deal. They just fix the bad things , turn down the audience volume in some oportunities and they fix the vocals of the singer etc. ( sometimes if you see adience videos of a concert , and you see the dvd that was filmed that night , you will se difference in the vocals ) . It's the normal thing to do

By no means im saying the BEP are good live , or better than muse. Im just saying that i dont think its fair to judge them like that ( Though i believe they suck live too ) Idk , imo superbowl > Glastonbury . Not in terms of quality. But imo superbowl is a bigger event. In the states its really anticpated , and the commercials too .. and its watched live all over the world. Different from glaston that can be edited dubbed or fixed .. ( They normaly dub them )

+ you should take in count that AT LEAST they did it live. Countless time acts lip their performances at superbowl. Beeing events that are televised live ( without editing ) and in such big areas , normaly they make them lip .. I was surprised to see them singing live

The coreography and all apart from the BEP was AMAZING . The outfits were completely AMAZINGGGGGGG. The black eyed peas were kinda meh lol . Though i dont think its fair to judge. I know they arent very good live , but you gotta understand that beeing there in front of 60k people in the sport event more important of the US and watched all over the world its nerve racking .. also all of the stairs and the stage and all of that , not to fall , and fergie with the heals .. IMO its different that a gig where muse its at its best . Maybe we should compare it against a BEP show

lol , fergie's michrophone was fucked up at the begining. Her voice seemed a little tired though. BEP were more entertaining than i thought they would be tbh

I dont know which stlye but I know i would love to see Chris singing in a lower voice more often though .. Although Chris is quite known for his falsetto and his ability to reach high notes etc ( songs like fix you etc) he has a beautiful lower register that sounds soooooo good ( Yes , christmas lights ) . I think he should use it more often

Of course its going to be like that :p Try jumping and singing at the same time :lol: That's why acts like Britney NEVER sing live . They put too much effort in the choreographies and don't sing live ( they cant , i mean you run out of breath) . The same with Madonna , kylie minouge etc .. if you dance move youself too much , it becomes imposible to sing . The funny thing is that atleast some people like madonna and beyonce take the time to pre record the vocals , to sound at least kinda different from the cd . Britney uses the cd version istead :laugh3: but meh , its cool .. he jumps/runs , hes gonna sound like that . he always sounds good on piano songs such as the scientist , the hardest part , and even fix you which is even harder to sing ( even if he lowers the key to the song )

I thought this was about this . Funny thing that , back in 05 when they were more "original" ( I used to love them ) they were highly succsesful .. So i dont think they had the pressure to get on the electro-pop vagon .. Though their latest music its not as good as when they began .. they really lost their path I mean , its something is succsesful they are going to make it over and over . Having said that , pop music is ment to be in your mind , the lyrics and production are ment to get stucked in your head , lol and if its fun and you kinda like the song and hear it over and over , why not buying it ? For example ,i listen to the radio , watch tv , and ke$ha's Tik tok gets stuck in my head , soo badly .. So what do i do ? I download it , listen to it over and over , Im in summer time so it puts me in a greater mood :cool: and whatever , then i might forget it and never listen to it again ( actually I always do :lol: I go back to listen coldplay or other bands ) but , should i stop before buying the song , and think it twice , thinking that im ruining music industry by downloading the song :thinking: ? I mean , its music , its ment to be fun/experimental whatever you like to call it , if it makes you feel good buy it , download it , make it idk .. Not everything has to be a serious masterpiece that its going to change the world :rolleyes: I mean , your signature says LIFE ISN'T MEANT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY .
