Lost: Season 6 (The Finale) [OFFICIAL THREAD]
True that. I'd been waiting since season 2 for Jack to get eaten by a polar bear or something, but his parallel universe character is pretty cool and even his on-island self was okay this episode. If he keeps up being awesome, I might want to rethink the whole polar bear thing. :sweatdrop: This is actually his first centric I liked. :nice:

Yeah he was, but I generally don't like Jack centric episodes (or Jack, for that matter). Jack is usually so whiny, so I didn't really expect much from his parallel flash. I guess the fact that I really liked this episode (including the flash) says something about the quality of the episode. It's my favourite so far. :nice:

Jacob appears in way too many shows I (used to) watch. :inquisitive: I really liked this episode, even though it was Jack centric. :D

What are you listening to?
He tends to do that, yeah :D Thom Yorke - Give Up the Ghost

Yeah, I don't dislike any of the songs but at the same time, the album doesn't really work like the other two. I only listen to 5 or 6 songs off it regularly. (i.e. I skip two third of the album if you include the two bonus tracks :sweatdrop:) That is SO true! I liked half of Tonight before I saw them play the songs live, but the live performance made me love the album. Especially Lucid Dreams, the 15 minutes live version is :awesome:

Boo to disliking a setlist because one song (it's good, I'll give you that :D) is missing. I agree that Ottoman is better, but I guess more people can sing along to Boston (that's how they introduced the song anyway). Actually, VW have played pretty much the same setlist during the European tour so far, no Ottoman. That's kind of boring. It's a decent setlist though and their performance earlier this week was quite good. I have to admit I was a bit surprised, even though I also saw them play at a festival last summer. I guess the atmosphere in the crowd was a lot better this time.

All of them are great, though I'd have to say that the self titled début is the best. :nice: I personally really love Tonight as well (probably almost as much as s/t), but I'm not so keen on YCHISMB for some reason (although there are a couple fantastic songs on it :D). Go see them live if you can, they're amazing! And Alex is hawt. :wacky:

LCD Soundsystem! :awesome:- Radiohead
Well, there are dvd/cd/lp releases, as I said in my other post, but I guess they aren't really official (I didn't recognize the label anyway, probably something German). I was sort of surprised to see them in a general electronics store instead of a record store. Who'd buy an lp of this? Streaming right now :escaping:- Lost: Season 6 (The Finale) [OFFICIAL THREAD]
Cause I'm stubborn? I'll probably end up making something different though. But I like playing around in photoshop.- Lost: Season 6 (The Finale) [OFFICIAL THREAD]
*opens photoshop*- Sigur Rós
The first part of the album is too much.. in your face, or something. Especially the first two tracks. I really like Við spilum endalaust though. It's just the right amount of happiness. :nice: But I think my favourites off the album are Fljótavík/Straumnes and Ára bátur. It took me probably about 5 listens to realize that All Alright was actually sung in English. Hadn't really paid much attention to the tracklisting I guess. :D- Lost: Season 6 (The Finale) [OFFICIAL THREAD]
Boo, that's two against one!- Lost: Season 6 (The Finale) [OFFICIAL THREAD]
Meh. The original looks so desaturated. Plus, there was a really ugly hd watermark on it.- Sigur Rós
I haven't listened to Von that much, but I can't get into it either. It's just so.. weird. :D I do like the Hvarf/Heim versions of the song Von though (especially the Heim one :awesome:). Með suð is kind of short. :(- Lost: Season 6 (The Finale) [OFFICIAL THREAD]
That would be really morbid. :D - Vampire Weekend
