^ Yes seeing Freddy Mercury coming back to life on the screens was a great image I think :) It was great. Then Brian May being a god with his guitar was great. And then... there was Jessie J.

I didn't see the opening ceremony so I can't compare, but I was really disappointed by this one. It really lacks rhythm and exciting stuff for me. I spend the night all like "Coldplay, where y'all hiding ? We need you now !"

Well, I quite like the scarf, it would look good on a woman. Clearly it doesn't look its best on Guy... I hope he wasn't his but Jo's ! Maybe it was fashionable at the time though... Haha Travis81 it looks like your the one who needs to relax :D 1. I don't really see the difference "girlfriend/dating". 2. Guy is shy/down to earth but he's also the one in the band that is the more "rockstar" like I think. 3. For the 3 seconds we saw her during the Grammys, I thought she looked more ill-at-ease than anything else. 4. For that point I agree :D

THIS :nod: Before listening to Coldplay I wasn't interested in music at all ; now when I see how important music is in my life, thanks to them... They're so important to me like it's crazy. The other day I was talking with a friend about the day they will stop and I just realised, "man I'm gonna cry for an entire week if they ever split". I feel a bit obsessed really. And they've also helped me to discover so many other bands, which is amazing. Who would have ever told me about The Strokes and Arcade Fire (my two other favs) if it weren't Coldplay ? (Certainly not my schoolmates...) Coldplay educated me :cheesy:

You probably didn't wanted your comment to sound like this but it totally came across as "coldplay is perfect if you don't agree just leave". I see you're new on the forum, but you'll see there are lots of other reasons why we might still post here even if we don't like MX so much.
