Secret Santa 2010.
It appears my person hasn't received theirs yet. I even checked the tracking information online today; I sent it on the 16th with 3-5 day delivery, and the tracking info said it left the U.S. from Chicago on the 17th. Beyond that, I'm not sure exactly where it is right now, somewhere across the pond. I thought it would have arrived by now though, because even if it took 5 days, plus the weekend, then it should have arrived by the 23rd. Hopefully it's not lost. I apologize to my person, I really thought it would have been there by now! Well, hopefully it will arrive in the next few days.

Here's the GPASUYF performance. I zoomed in toward the end. As awesome as this is, I think he was going at it even more during the Liverpool performance. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3z6JlTdQx0]YouTube - Coldplay - Newcastle December 20, 2010 - God Put a Smile Upon Your Face[/ame]

[20-Dec-2010] Crisis: Coldplay in Newcastle (JOURNAL TYNE THEATRE, WESTGATE RD)
^ Nope, I didn't get that, but someone else probably did. It was actually nice to listen to it without the distraction of the butterflies. I think that is the first time they've done it sans butterflies, right? I like how someone posted a comment on YouTube just a few moments after I uploaded the "Chris' F***ing Insecurity Speech" video. Didn't take long!

I will work on a full review later, since I'm still working on unpacking after my lovely little journey home. But here are some videos for you to chew on in the meantime: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rfvQly8aWeE]YouTube - Coldplay - Newcastle December 20, 2010 - Inside Journal Tyne[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0Gb2kpATCA]YouTube - Coldplay - Newcastle December 20, 2010 - Chris' F***ing Insecurity Speech[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4xrKiRYt8I]YouTube - Coldplay - Newcastle December 20, 2010 - Trouble[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nf94UtFYEbc]YouTube - Coldplay - Newcastle December 20, 2010 - Shiver[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3z6JlTdQx0]YouTube - Coldplay - Newcastle December 20, 2010 - God Put a Smile Upon Your Face[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sz6n53V7cRA]YouTube - Coldplay - Newcastle December 20, 2010 - 'Till Kingdom Come[/ame]

"THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME." And they help people who are homeless. Crisis had a video they showed before the gig, with a Dorothy with a black eye, something about a certain number of women who are homeless are trying to escape abuse. It's just to highlight the homeless theme.

Get them wasted before you feed them. Before you cook the turkey, and after you remove the innards (as noted above), stuff a cornish game hen inside. Then when you take it out and carve it, you can fool all the drunkards into thinking the turkey was pregnant.

I just realized that Ava is in the Liverpool Christmas Lights video on coldplay.com. I find it a little odd that would get past the editing process. :\

Limited edition "Christmas Lights" pop-up CD comp..
Sweet, congratulations! Out of curiosity, where exactly was the CD? Was it between the bottom part of the black paper and the pink envelope?

What's the weather like today in your town?
A little below freezing, overcast. There's snow on the ground. But somehow we manage to drive around okay and our airports and trains run just fine and on time. * ahem, cough * Mmmmph.

Hello all... I'll try to upload some pics and videos in the next few days. I've been busy just trying to get home; I'm at the airport right now. The meet & greet was much shorter than they made it sound, I didn't really get to talk to Will very much (of course I didn't really know what to say other than thanking him for the concerts and telling him the Liverpool performance was wonderful). I was just kind of shy :wacky:. I haven't had time to look at the concert threads, but after seeing the GPASUYF performance at Liverpool, I know I had to get a video of it at Newcastle. Of course, somebody probably already posted it, but I tried to focus in on him at his head-banging moment.

Oh, I hope my match receives their card soon! I sent it with expedited delivery last week, so if it's not there by now it should be arriving today I hope...

[19-Dec-2010] Crisis: Coldplay in Liverpool (ROYAL COURT THEATRE, 1 ROE ST, L1 1HL)
Nope, it didn't arrive in time. We can arrange for something else. And for those who were asking, no we did not talk to Chris. It was kind of a mental note as we let him though, "oh that's Chris", and we didn't outwardly react to him that we knew who he was. Cool little cucumbers we were.

[19-Dec-2010] Crisis: Coldplay in Liverpool (ROYAL COURT THEATRE, 1 ROE ST, L1 1HL)
Just got back to our hotel... I think the reception area took a cue from when we checked in and told them we were going to a Coldplay concert. I've been in the lounge for about a half hour, and heard the second half of the X&Y album, and now they're playing How You See the World. :nice: I like this hotel. :awesome:

[19-Dec-2010] Crisis: Coldplay in Liverpool (ROYAL COURT THEATRE, 1 ROE ST, L1 1HL)
We just bumped into Chris at the Liverpool train station. We were waiting in line for a taxi, we saw that some guy had to squeeze through, so Oz and I moved our luggage out of the way and we look up to see that it is Chris saying, "thanks mate". :freak:

[19-Dec-2010] Crisis: Coldplay in Liverpool (ROYAL COURT THEATRE, 1 ROE ST, L1 1HL)
The Bakerloo line is closed because there is a strike today. So we took a taxi from Paddington to Kings Cross, and now we're on the train. It was very snowy in and around London, but it's clear where we are right now (now sure where that is exactly, somewhere between London and Liverpool ).
