Well, I'll take a specific portion of love and give my view on that. "Soulmate". To me, that word gets thrown around so much that it has lost much of its value, so to speak. People become so disenchanted when they haven't yet found their soulmate and freak out at the possibility that they may never find their soulmate. Wake up call: the chances of you finding your soulmate are slim to none. A soulmate is THE mate to your soul. i.e., there's THE = only 1 out there. There's 6+ billion people out there, about half guys, half girls (with a relatively miniscule number of hermaphrodites etc. out there). Assuming you only swing one way, that's about 3 million people to sift through. Do you honestly think you're going to find the one and only mate to your soul? Um, no. But have no fear... just because you won't ever find that one person, that doesn't mean you can't love that person from afar. Of course you should love your soulmate even if you never meet them. And keep in mind there are thousands, if not millions of people out there that you would realistically be able to spend the rest of your life with; they don't have to be your soulmate. So, there's no reason to get bummed out if you haven't found your soulmate, or don't think you ever will. There's lots of people out there that you can choose from to love for the rest of your life.

Although this isn't likely, if I buy the card and don't use all of the initial funds, can I get a refund of the remaining balance?

As much as I am itching for a new blog, at the same time I don't want him to post one if there is nothing much to report. I'd rather have a juicy blog every couple of months, than a blah blog every couple of weeks. Yeah, I know, I've just thrown myself to the wolves. Pre-emptive response: bite me.

cele, are there clubs or teams or something at your uni that you can join, depending on your interests, where you might meet the kind of people that you are missing? Is your uni a place where you live now too, or do you still live at home and travel to the uni every day?

I got excited when I came home and there was a package from Amazon on the front porch. But then my hopes went down the toilet once I realized the pacakge was just the grill cover that my husband ordered. :disappointed:

I was thinking the same thing. If he was referring to any song, she answered the question. If he was referring to a Coldplay song only, she didn't answer the question. All of this tube lingo is a foreign language to me. Does anybody know... what would be the best way to get from Heathrow to the hostel? By taxi/cab, or some other mode of transportation (some sort of "link" to the tube)? Also, if I were to take a taxi, is it customary to tip the driver? I know some places it is, some places it isn't, so I just want to make sure I do whatever is the customary thing in London.

Okay, so I read the travel insurance policy in more detail to make sure that any issues with the volcano would be covered. There is a section that describes what is generally excluded from coverage. The insurance does not cover any losses due to natural disasters, unless it is specifically included in the policy section. Flipping to the policy section, it specifically includes natural disasters. Then I flip to the "definitions" section, and it defines natural disaster as "A large-scale extreme weather or environmental event that damages property, disrupts transportation or endangers people. Examples include: earthquake, fire, flood, hurricane, or volcanic eruption. SO, long story short, since it is specifically stated in the "included" section of the policy, any issues resulting from the temperamental volcano are covered. * breathes sigh of relief *
