Elevator music... that's all I could think of. Things you can't un-hear. I need a palette cleanser. * dumps coffee beans in ears *

pHiL sets the record straight - Situation with GLEE
It's just a TV show. I have never watched it, so frankly I'm not sure what all the fuss is about either.

Guy's Art Project: Who's going to participate?
Yes, you can buy just the picture. They are usually stuffed in bins throughout the store, so you can just ask someone who works there where to find them.

Procrastination...
Kind of, but not quite. As an example, I would say it's more like you know you have to grocery shopping, but you don't feel like leaving the house. And then you make up excuses not to leave the house, like doing other miscellaneous chores or knitting a nice scarf for your grandma. Basically, putting off until tomorrow what you could/should do today.

Guy's Art Project: Who's going to participate?
And in the antique stores I visited, they also had quite a few really old cameras, including some with that accordion-looking thing on it (whatever it is). One store even had one of the very first projectors in existence... the shop owner was telling me all the details, he was so giddy with excitement just talking about it. Pretty funny. I'm sure Guy would have a field day looking at all of those cameras!

What's the weather like today in your town?
But isn't that a good thing for a day off? Or is that facetiousness...

Guy's Art Project: Who's going to participate?
Depending on the size, quality, and year, anywhere between $0.25 to $20. But most of them were between $0.50 and $2, so most don't cost very much. It was actually hard to find any in the 1950s-60s, probably because most of them are still with the original owner, so they don't show up in the shops yet.

What's the weather like today in your town?
Rainy, then sunny, then rainy, then sunny, now it's raining again. It can't make up it's mind! But that's Michigan weather for ya...

Coldplay say YES! to Glee
I think just the turning down part isn't true. Or "bollocks". I had to look up that word because I didn't know what it meant. :freak:

Guy's Art Project: Who's going to participate?
So, I went to a couple of antique shops today... that is DEFINITELY the place to go! Tons of old photos there. But, sometimes it was hard to tell which were originals and which were reproductions. And it looks like in the early 1900s, it was popular to send the pictures themselves as postcards. Many of them were ones that people had actually sent to others, so there were little stories on the back! So, if you're having a hard time finding photos at a thrift store, try an antique shop.

What if you said "Oh my Mother Theresa"? Also, would he say that it's just as bad to say "Jesus Christ" in the same context?

Coldplay say YES! to Glee
I think that's just how he "signs" his name on the site. He posted something else before, I think it was regarding the dolphin documentary (that ended up winning an Oscar), and he signed it the same way. I think it's more of an ode to science: pH factor/balance. But I could be wrong. EDIT: http://www.coldplay.com/newsdetail.php?id=585&page=20
