  1. Will there be any accompaniment, or just singing?
  2. Smarter. I could have really intense, deep, intelligent conversations with him that last for hours without him looking at me like wtf are you talking about this is boring. But I got stuck with stupider. Oh well, it's not the end of the world.
  3. Yes, I assume everyone KNOWS HOW to swim. Whether they actually CAN swim is a slightly different can of worms. I doubt that a quadraplegic can swim; tread water possibly, but not swim. Maybe if they can jet-propel themselves with enough air out of one of their orafices they could, but even then I don't think that can really be considered "swimming".
  4. Page 2 bump munching on a pen om nom nom
  5. Here you go. Amazon works too, I got all mine either from this site here or Amazon. X&Y costs a little more because it comes with 2 records. http://www.cduniverse.com/sresult.asp?HT_Search_Info=Coldplay&HT_SEARCH=xartist&style=music&rmf=P
  6. Try "See You Soon", I've been listening to that quite a bit lately, it's so lovely! I don't play guitar, but that seems like a short & sweet one to learn right off the bat.
  7. Piano or guitar?
  8. I remember an episode of South Park where Stevie Nicks was a guest character and they compared her style of singing to that of a sheep. Pretty accurate, actually. Off topic: mmmmmmoooooooooo
  9. Well, I ain't no "fangirl". Some of the threads there are interesting... on a different level than the threads here. I enjoy both sections.
  10. I'll take the side of Space Cadet and say MMMMMMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
  11. Yes, I was watching it last night and I was laughing so hard! I wasn't expecting it. If nobody can find a link, I have it recorded and I might be able to just take a video of it playing on my tv. But if someone can find a link, that would be better.
  12. I'm not sure if this is rumor like you said, or if it's true, but to be on the safe side... SIGN ME UP

I apologize for being a bit behind, I'm not familiar with who everyone is on a first-name basis, so... which username was Nathan?
  15. It appears to be the same place where the Coldplay pic was taken (you'll notice the tiles on the ground match)
  16. Honestly I thought the same at first too, so you're not alone. But then I thought, well, if she really were, the paps would have been all over it and you wouldn't be able to sneeze without someone mentioning it. That's how I convinced myself that she isn't. Just tight lady-like abs.
  17. :bomb: one more month :book2:
  18. Here's the LiJ version that didn't get entirely cut off by the credits, and you can clearly see what I was saying about the seats... it looks like they just shoved everyone off to the side. Usually that entire area in front of the stage has people sitting there. I'm pretty sure it was during the Yellow performance that he was hopping around everywhere, but he started to wander around toward the end of this performance too. [ame= ] [/ame]
  19. Oh, how weird... I was just thinking about that SNL performance this morning! (Thinking about LP5, wondering if it will come out at the end of the year, hoping they perform on SNL like they did before...) On SNL, most musicians just perform two songs, so I thought it was amazing when they performed three, and then tried to throw in a fourth one at the very end. On top of that, they did something that I don't think I've ever seen any other musicians do on that show. Usually, there is an audience in chairs on the floor in front of the (rather small) stage. But you know Chris, Mr. Energizer Bunny hopping all over the place, there wasn't enough room for his hop-hop antics so all the seats on the floor were removed so there was enough room. I wonder they put those people...
  20. Happy Birthday Frida! :awesome:
  21. Page 2 AGAIN?.... :whip: I should do one of my horrible non-Photoshop jobs and paint over Chris' face.
  22. And I love it when Comcast posts their Bittersweet Symphony collabo with Richard Ashcroft. I watch it over and over again when it's available. The first time I saw... :dead: I especially love the part right as the violin starts up and the crowd starts cheering, and you see Will just sitting there in the back and he shakes his head for a brief moment in one of those awestruck realizations of, "am I really here, am I really doing this, oh my eff this is amazing."
  23. Hmmm... sounds like someone must have Comcast cable. That video has been in the free on-demand section for a couple of weeks. :D I actually just watched it last night.
