Sure, but not overdosing on the Vitamin D part. Overdosing on the sun exposure part = make you look old and crusty before you should = skin cancer (although tanning booth owners would disagree with that). One time I visited Florida and there was this old(er) lady in a bikini; she had an extremely dark tan, but her skin had so many saggy folds from skin damage that she looked like an armadillo. Gag.

Nope, my doctor said you have to take close to 50,000 IU to qualify as "overdosing". You're fine.

One of my doctors headed up a recent vitamin D study, and after the results, highly recommended that I take some (I just started this week). He said that even the most sun-loving sun lovers typically don't get enough vitamin D.

Yes, I used to love Legos, definitely one of my favorite toys growing up. Lincoln Logs (Legos grandparents) were pretty cool too. There is a Lego store down in Disneyworld, where there are many spectacular displays. There was even a Loch Ness monster in the river outside the store (it was VERY big, I can only imagine how long it took to build it).

Ha! It's nice that someone else knows that Michiganders can point to their hand to show people where they live. Well, at least people in the LP can do that. People in the UP have to contort their hand to do the same. Personally I think the UP looks more like a dilapidated airplane.

Can anyone tell me what the weather is typically like in England in early-mid July? Oh yes, and today in the SE LP of Michigan it is in the upper 40s(F) and very sunny. For those who aren't familiar, that is an absolutely gorgeous autumn day for Michigan. Most people weren't even wearing jackets.
