Well I didn't read it all because I got bored, but after a few pages I began to formulate the hypothesis that howyousawtheworld is Mark's son. Would answer a few questions. In fact, I'm gonna go back to sleep, that was ridiculous.

Without meaning to try and sound cool and in turn come across as incredibly clichéd, I don't think I have any idols at all. I'm aware of many of the people who I respect's many flaws. And when it comes to musicians and other people of similar moulds, in my eyes the production of art is no basis to idolise a person, in the same way that the inability to produce it should not be lambasted.

Made some brilliant music though, and an intelligent man.

Beck is a Scientologist, Thom Yorke is a whiney ****, Jimi Hendrix beat up his girlfriend with a telephone and Iggy Pop has grown old far from gracefully. There are a few bands who are OK that sometimes annoy me when they are overconfident for no good reason, although to counter that I like Noel Gallagher but not really his music.

Bowie or Morrissey. I guess you could also have Jack White up there if you want an entertainer, Jimi Hendrix, Iggy Pop cutting himself onstage would have been interesting to say the least, or even Jim Morrison. Oh and Ian Curtis for emotional honesty in a performance. All better than Mercury, although whilst I dislike Queen I can see why he's winning and have no qualms with it.

The Fall are a great band. Mark E Smith the lead singer once gave me the microphone during a gig. I was actually going to suggest 'Are You Are Missing Winner as the worst album cover.

Can't be as bad as CocoRosie's Grey Oceans.
