Well most people don't socialise in the toilet :p How has your birthday been so far?
  2. Admittedly this thread made me think of awkward boners.com
  3. You girls suck at crushing.
  4. I want a download like a pirate day.
  5. Boooooooooooooo! I hope it can be fixed soon.
  6. I only really liked the films when it came to Monty Python, whereas Fawlty Towers was concise and quality. I've laughed louder at Monty Python but it's so hit and miss.
  7. Just buy a hands free. Your reaction times are slower when you are on the phone because your hands are not free and you are having to concentrate more on things like changing gears with one hand or keeping the phone close to your ear (sounds like such a minor thing but when you are concentrating on other things it's an added annoyance). If something major happens in front of you, out of your control, you thinking about those things and not having two hands free could be the difference between an accident and safety. The main thing is, that when you are on the phone you aren't just talking and driving, you are talking and concentrating on driving with one hand, and if something happens you don't have your spare hand free like you would if you were simply having a conversation or listenig to the radio with one hand. Anyway, we obviously disagree and you've mentioned this before and didn't change your mind when I picked you up on it so I can't be bothered.
  8. You definitely have slower reactions when on the phone. Not amazingly slow, but slower for sure. And why risk the lives of others? Seatbelts I can understand, you're only fucking yourself over.

I'm good thanks! Looking forward to a relaxed day. And you?

The couch is fine. There are two couches. A leather ones for the over 18's who aren't babies and don't make a mess and then a giant beanbag for the kids. Hello everybody.
  11. Should be a decent game. Up for Manchester United of course.
  12. To be honest I'd have him ahead of Laws. That's about it though.
  13. *leaves thread until it becomes a discussion about a dreadful law*
  14. I think it's sad when people aren't offended by things but cling to them and say they are so as to attack a person. Save that for people who are legitimately offended, rather than just saying you are so you can have a dig.
  15. Ahh, then fair enough. Now I understand that (even though you conveniently missed that out of your description of her earlier - even though this post has now made the nazi's in leather much worse than the blasphemy. It obviously didn't bother you that much so as to actually mention it when attempting to assassinate her character/art. Surely that would have been the first thing you should have mentioned if it REALLY put you off). Say that then, and don't lie and say you listened.
  16. Were you honestly offended by that?
  17. You listened to all that in 8 minutes? Wow!
  18. Are people outside of politics not allowed to have an opinion on politics. What kind of world do you want us to live in?
  19. The word is denominations, not religions. And I am well aware considering the fact I was raised in the Church Of England, so don't worry. It is used by the very same people who tell us that there is too much violence on tv and in music, yet they thrust it everywhere as a reminder to everyone of a man dying a bloody death on a cross. Hypocritical. They should concentrate on the positivity of his life if they are looking for a symbol, not something which conjures up such graphic imagery. This thing is thrust into the eyes of children constantly and is a much more vile image than an upside down cross over a crotch. Well I presume you have a sheltered life if you are actually offended by that. Or did you just want to be offended by it?
  20. Oh wow, how very daring. If that offends you then you have lived a very sheltered life. The cross itself is a symbol for something far more vile.
  21. No it wouldn't. I'm quite sure Lady Gaga doesn't have any claim to being a politician so the analogy isn't even worth making. There is no comparison to be made. All she is doing is highlighting a travesty. It doesn't matter if she is taken seriously because people will hear about it and to be honest if she does it in a way that you guys find annoying, the fact is that plenty more people will do too, and if people find it annoying they will watch it, or at least be aware of what she has been talking about, and once that seed is planted then the issue becomes live.
  22. Fair enough. I disagree. And thank you for clearing that up for anybody thinking you were posting somebody else's opinions.
  23. Blasphemy is a victimless crime. And any attention is good attention because most people can make up their own mind once they have been made aware of something, and most people realise that a free society doesn't have laws like that.
