Zinedine Zidane, of recent times. I feel it is unfair to make comparisons of footballers who played decades ago to modern day athletes as it is very much a different game. I also have little depth of knowledge when it comes to football pre-1990's in comparison to the oldies who actually witnessed players' entire careers, as opposed to just best of clips of them.

Sounds good on paper but there are plenty of people in positions of authority who need to be regulated. The police do not need any more power than they already have, for example. From my experience when training to be a teacher, scrapping risk assessment sheets would be asking for trouble.
