  1. Sorry :embarrased: He started it. :sneaky: No need to be sorry ... that was just me being jealous of a happy couple.
  2. uh ... definitely the Mexican tap water
  3. 8031 this thread is not going very fast :(

so on this board, it looks like you type url=http://www.randomsite.com/ and include that in brackets as an opening tag. close it with the closing url tag, also bracketed *bracket*url=http://forum.coldplaying.com/*bracket*The Board*bracket/url*bracket* The Board
  5. Neil Young ... IMO: huge talent. One of the best contributions by our Canadian neighbours to modern culture. Right up there, though just below, Joni Mitchell. Talent or trash: Courtney Love (hope that hasn't been done before). I say trash.
  6. Should "One" really count? It's compliation of sonds off other albums. The band didn't really release it. Rubber Soul
  7. Nobody cares where or what these capitals are ... ... but that's not really a valid thing to be saying in any conversation of this sort given that participation is completely elective.

I had my first hangover when i was 12. don't quite know how it happened, either. no matter: it's been all good frmo then on ... can't really say i've ever had a major hangover since.
  9. I posted the below before realizing that this "GUY ..." poster is supposed to be a joke and totally ironic. That's what I get for benig away for so long. I apologize.
  10. I love both of these movies. Soderberg did a great job with the second, and I really think it will end up being the quintesential performance of Clooney's career. BTW, you two ... TMI :)

Hi everybody!!! I got a chance to post a little tonight! I'm very happy, although I need to go again. I do miss everybody ... see people respond in this thread makes me regret not being able to interact with you on a daily basis. It's funny, because although I have not been posting here for long I do feel like I miss people. There's always that fear that so much is going on while I'm busy, though I hope I'll be able to jump right back in as time permits. Much love to the next NCIP, whenever it takes shape. Looks like a few of you are doing your Beyonce impression, and boy would I love to see that. Yo se porque estoy "Loco en amour" y ojala que todavia sientas el mismo, Noni. :)
  12. BTW ... if anybody wants to practice ...
  13. Same as Jess and Sammie ... You have an entrancing kiss~ the kind that leaves your partner bedazzled and maybe even feeling he/she is dreaming. Quite effective; the kiss that never lessens and always blows your partner away like the first time. <font size="-1">What kind of kiss are you?</font> <font size="-3">brought to you by Quizilla</font>
  14. Bruce Sprinsteen's <u>The Rising</u> I recommend it. I've never had a chance to really listen tot eh album's lyrics before, and right now I'm only able to catch a few while I work/post. The album seems really good, though.
  15. Noni: Never change your avatar. That's the most adorable thing ever.

This sounds so cool. Quite an honor: Having MadTV or SNL do a parody. If there is any one sign that Coldplay has reached beyond its core audience it may be this. It sounds really funny, too. I wish I would have saw it.
  17. "Hey Blue" by Tony Rich always puts me in a good mood. I don't know if any of you are familiar with Tony Rich. He had a hit about eight years ago with "Nobody Knows." He's an R/B crooner who used to write with Babyface. To my knowledge he's released two solo albums. "Hey Blue" is the first song on his debut. The song is an upbeat song in which he describes a girl he likes. It's really light and cheery and every time I hear the song I think of waking up in the morning with a girlfriend next to me, light coming into my bedroom through the doorway. I wake up, walk to the door and down the hall towards the living room. I settle into my couch to think and she comes up, rolls over the back of the couch to lay on her back, head dressed on my thigh. I drape my arm across her shoulders, just below her neck, and we talk. And we don't talk. But we lay there as the sun rises through the day into the afternoon. We use remotes to put on music, maybe a movie. One of us gets up every once in a while to fetch water or a blanket or a pillow. And that's about the best thought I can think of. That puts me in a good mood, thinking that the world can be that simple and perfect.

I've been so busy lately. I haven't been able to follow the board. I come in everyday for about ive minutes but can't get into any rhythm. I usually post five or so times, sigh, and realize I'm out of it. Hopefully soon I'll have a chance to catch up, but until then I hope the NCIP is representing well.
  19. Let us know how it is. I have both of the John Mayer releases but it doesn't seem like a show I'd like to see live ... ... but I would love for your feedback to dispell that notion.
  20. Just what we need: another horny young American boy on the board :-)
  21. The Sundays, <u>Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic</u>, "Skin and Bones"
