  1. :) I don't think it was a true story, no. I thought it was a pretty average movie. I can see how people would really like it, but the movie didn't really capture my imagination. I though Samuel Jackson was kind of boring. But the concept was interesting. I guess I just wish that Shalaman went more comic book with it and less eery/surreal.
  2. I wouldn't, but then I really wouldn't be acting consistent with my character.
  3. having trouble reading the situation, so i don't really know how to move forward
  4. (don't know how to respond)
  5. Intel, You're probably right about her joining. -rf
  6. Richard, I read what you wrote. -rf
  7. Intel, Gaby can't join. She's "lonely" by choice. -rf
  8. That is a lot. Their first album got no air play that I could remember. They got new management and promoters for this second album and then really took off. It's really surprising to see so many people sharing their songs.
  9. Pearl Jam Radiohead The White Stripes Travis Coldplay
  10. There are only 2 albums, but there's probably a lot of b-sides and live versions floating about. They're getting popular here.
  11. I wish there was a smiley here that had william hung's swinging arms. That would be fun.
  12. The album is called Chutes too Narrow. Anything from that album would be good.
  13. I dunno. Sun Kil Moon has to top two songs on the U.S. College Radio charts, and I haven't been able to find an affordable copy of their CD :(
  14. Right Said Fred
  15. The Shins are just starting to become popular here, so it might be hard to get them there. But off their latest album, my favorite songs would be Killing the Lipless and So Says I. I haven't heard their first album, though. I don't think it was very widely distributed. Have you heard any Sun Kil Moon?
  16. Ah ... REM ... very underappreciate as time has gone on. Automatic for the People is all I've listened to lately, but I liked Reveal and all of their pre-Out of Time stuff has real value.
  17. Which team would that be?
  18. The latest Blur was so good, and my fave Oasis will always been Morning Glory. I highly recommend the Shins. The New Pornographers' last album was to my liking, too.
  19. Oh, no! Pop is dead? (Well then) Long live punk :) Sorry for the cheese.
  20. I can't believe you get subjected to double the Idol. That is horrific.
  21. Gaby, I know you don't lie. I just think you're wrong. -rf Intel, I don't think Gaby's in our club :( -rf
  22. Gaby, I would appreciate it if you didn't lie to me. We're friends. We're close. Don't fib, please. -rf
  23. Whenever my friend at work or I say "I know," we always have to play like we're Matt Damon and Robin Williams in Good Will Hunting. Do you know what I'm talking about?
  24. Gaby, I find that hard to believe. I tend to think you never look in the yard. -rf
