I'm definitely nervous about when Glee and Coldplay come together too. It could be pretty amazing, as some of them have been, but it could also be awful. But anyways my favorite part about the show? Brittany and Santana. What can I say? They're precious. And for some reason I ship Kurt/Mercedes something fierce. And no one else does. Don't you look at me like that. People ship canonically straight characters with members of the same sex all the time. Why can't I do basically the same thing with a gay character? We can call it backslash! Short for backwards slash, of course.

I know. They're like the only Youtubers I really like. Most of the other folks people are mentioning here I only know of because my sister watches them (not to say they're bad; I'm just not interested)

Unfortunately my APUSH teacher was male so I couldn't really discuss the hotness of Hamilton with him.

I have to share with you all a lovely portrait by Eugène Delacroix. Much more fun to look at than Liberty Leading the People, though I shan't fault Coldplay for using that painting. I mean, everyone knows that one, but nobody knows that Delacroix had a hot cousin that he painted a portrait of once. Plus a portrait of a hot dead guy doesn't really make for as good an album cover as oops-my-boob-slipped-out Liberty does. The guy's name is Léon Riesener. Quite the looker, if you ask me. And another favorite of mine is Alexander Hamilton. Because dying in a duel is sexy. You know I'm right. Don't claim you've never looked at a ten dollar bill and thought "Hey, this guy's kinda hot." I totally have more hot dead guys to share with you. Just you wait, and I will convert you.

I like some québécois music, which I guess sort of counts. I like Le Vent du Nord and Ad Vielle Que Pourra. They're both traditional music, but very good. Bmin/E by ALL CAPS. Really fun music about robots and NaNoWriMo and The Office and Harry Potter and such. And before that was Greatest Hits, Vol. 1 by The Oceanic Six. Don't be fooled by the title. It's their first album, filled with music about the show Lost.

How are you liking it? Holden's a difficult character. Some days I like him and some days I cannot stand him, but what I always love is his voice. To me it's really not worth writing in the first person unless you give your character a fantastic voice as Salinger did.

I love Les Misérables, Catcher in the Rye, The Book Thief and one of my very favorites, Harry Potter. I'm obsessed with Harry Potter. I spend my free time reading Harry Potter fanfiction, looking at Harry Potter fanart, discussing the books and fandom and listening to Harry Potter music (When I'm not listening to Coldplay). Wizard rock! Anyone heard it? Even just heard of it? Some of my favorites are Ministry of Magic, Oliver Boyd and the Remembralls and The Mudbloods. Honestly, ask me about it and I will shower you with links to some of the really nice songs. You all need to listen to End of an Era by OBATR because that song...it makes me sob like a baby after hearing it a million times. It's about the end of canon. Now despite the fact that I've been a fan of Coldplay for quite some time now it never occurred to me to actually talk (well, type. :P) about my obsession. It's weird because I've been doing it for years with Harry Potter, but what can I say? I never realized forums existed for music too. But I have rectified that situation and I'm here now!

Family Feud.

The last movie I've seen was, embarrassingly, Eclipse. It was just terrible. And the fans in the theater really got on my nerves.

I rather like Two Birds. It reminds me of a favorite book of mine. When I can associate a song with something I love, then it makes me like it that much more.
