  1. Animated cover art from Tidal... https://resources.tidal.com/videos/dd6aaa83/018b/4c54/a5b3/74cea372d4b9/1280x1280.mp4
  2. I was able to add the track to my Apple Music library using that link. Unfortunately, it wonโ€™t actually play yet.
  3. I'm seeing the same thing, but not able to pre-save it or anything. https://music.apple.com/album/1564098693
  4. Unsurprisingly, that YouTube link was a fake. Just a segment of Legends.
  5. Thanks for that. I had never seen MTM in lossless before, but I was able to buy it from the French Qobuz store.
  6. I bought the hi-res (24/96) FLAC versions of Live in Buenos Aires and Love in Tokyo (from Qobuz and Ototoy). There is no fade between Charlie Brown and HFTW on the FLAC version, and no false start on Up&Up on Love in Tokyo. I already ordered the Butterfly Package with the DVD. Now I wish I had just bought the movie in HD on iTunes.
  7. This remix has popped up on all the major streaming services. Is this an official remix/endorsed by the band?
  8. This is now available on Qobuz as well. A lot cheaper than Tidal, too. http://www.qobuz.com/gb-en/album/live-at-moody-theatre-live-coldplay/3614597576786 Never did get the fracking download from Tidal to work. Will be filing a claim with PayPal for a refund.
  9. Well, I paid for this but can't seem to download it. It shows up under purchases on my Tidal account, but when I click on "download album" it takes me to a "recent purchases" page where there is nothing to download. I emailed Tidal twice and received no response. I just opened a dispute through Paypal. If anyone does manage to successfully download a copy, I would definitely appreciate a share, since I already paid $17.99 for it.
  10. Was just browsing TIDAL and noticed that they have Live at Moody Theater available as an album, to buy or stream. $17.99 is pretty steep for lossless. http://tidal.com/us/store/album/57630881
  11. To compare Coldplay to U2, I would say Rush of Blood was their "War," VLV was their "Joshua Tree," and I'm still waiting for "Achtung Baby."
  12. PS Audio Sprout and Cambridge Audio bookshelf speakers. Sennheiser Momentum headphones for the Pono.
  13. Hi-res digital unboxed on the desktop: And on Pono:
  14. Well, here is my "unboxing" of the hi-res FLAC files: #MyHeadFullOfDreams
  15. Still not on the Japanese iTunes Store. I guess they must be planning a simultaneous worldwide release like with Christmas Lights. Well, except for the UK. XD
  16. Exactly, the UK is getting the track two days late, so they're trying to get everyone to buy it in advance. No one is going to pay for it when it has already been out for two days. Don't understand this release strategy at all.
  17. This is available on Beatport if anyone is interested: http://www.beatport.com/release/charlie-brown-david-aude-remix/874695
  18. Danny Boy replied to Mandaadb's topic in Coldplay
It's a different version from Mince Spies, though. The Mince Spies version runs 2:23 and this one is 2:57.

I found this CD at a used record shop. It's called "Sounds of the Season: The NBC Holiday Collection," originally released in 2003. Looks like there's quite a few used copies available on Amazon.
  20. Well, I don't feel comfortable uploading the iTunes file because my email address is embedded in it. I've uploaded the original MP3 and would be interested to see if anyone else can get it to match. As I said earlier, this is a rip of the MSN video *link removed* The easiest way to get an iTunes account in another country is to use a gift card to create the account. There are online stores that sell Japanese iTunes gift cards, but I haven't run across anyone selling cards for the UK. There's a pretty good selection of Coldplay b-sides on the Japanese iTunes store.
  21. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I hadn't heard about the Madrid Tracks from EMI/Amex either; I was able to grab those too.

Don't forget "2000 Miles" on the NOW XMAS CD. They may have enough material for a whole Christmas album in a few years. :D
  23. Well, that's sort of what I was asking. As I recall, Lhuna was supposed to be released on (RED)WIRE, which was a subscription based download service with proceeds going to support HIV treatment in Africa. They had a big launch on World AIDS Day 2008. They posted a bunch of videos on MSN featuring artists that were contributing to the project, and Lhuna was among the videos they posted. I signed up for the service, which had problems from the beginning. They were supposed to post new tracks every week, but they were frequently late getting them up. The service ran on an Adobe AIR app that was really buggy. They finally took the site down after a few months to "improve" it, but it never came back. As far as I know, they never got around to posting the MP3 of Lhuna on the site before they killed it. The track I had in my iTunes library was an audio rip of the MSN video. That's why I was so surprised yesterday when it "matched" a track from the iTunes store. It definitely isn't available in the US iTunes store, and never has been that I know of. The track I got from iTunes is better than what I had before. As far as I can tell it's as good as anything else you would buy/download from iTunes. I just thought maybe I had missed an official release somewhere? I had a few other (RED)WIRE tracks (actual MP3s, not web video rips) match, but they are available in the iTunes Store.
