What I understood is: This special issue Nº1 has a different cover and is Comic Con exclusive, in Feburary this issue will be released with a standad cover on the comic shops.

I really like the trio idea, just don't get why to make such ugly album covers for them, Amercian Idiot was iconic and 21st Century was good, I don't want their faces on my shelf!
