Was it disproven that part of Chris' reason for being in India was for an upcoming festival in November? If so, then cool. But if not, it indicates that they'll *most likely* release the record before November.

That sounds likely. Worst case: It's nothing at all. Best case: We get to hear the bonus tracks. Probable case: Commercial premiere.

The record has already leaked, it just hasn't made it's way from the internet elite to us.

Seems to me like ColdplayAtlas is going to send a physical copy as a prize when it releases. I can't imagine them openly leaking it when they have such authority in the Coldplay fan community.

That site is notorious for keeping leaks to themselves. They typically only share amongst other site users.

Europe is waking up soon; they can take over their shift because this American is about to pass out.

I trust Reddit with a leak much more than the average Coldplaying user (sorry, Coldplaying) but I agree with DundahMifflin about not allowing any links on the subreddit. Maybe there's another way to have a leak discussion thread without opening the door to torrent links in every other comment.

You're right. I forgot how large this forum is. I'll amend my statement to say that I assume that 75% of the members will purchase the record. I'd hate to learn that it's less than that.

I assume that 95% of the members of this forum have already pre-ordered the record. Most will go out and buy a physical copy of the deluxe edition and some will buy a vinyl as well. Personally, I'll have purchased the record three times.

Anyone wanting and willing to torrent the record before its release is just as likely to torrent it after its release, leak or not, in my opinion. Record sales will be affected with a leak this early but not in a catastrophic way.

It's past midnight where I am. I'll probably be up a bit longer, but definitely not long enough to see this through, especially considering that it may be a false alarm.

I know the site in question and understand the small possibility that we're at an F5 level now, so to speak. But I'm up late with a glass of bourbon and an obsession for this record. F5ing just feels good.

I remember constantly refreshing the "Will It Leak?" thread for MX on this site. Here I am, sitting in the same recliner, refreshing away on this thread for GS. Life is a lot different, I'm married with a college degree and blooming career now, but it's incredible to have a consistent musical love for Coldplay. Cheers to this era!

I find it simply incredible that they've had it since April 16th and not a single person has leaked the song, much less the information, that it was available.
