I live here... and I think of snow everytime I hear our country name mentioned.

Stroking reminds me of birds. I always stroke birds and my sister (who's a parakeet... long story). I don't like being touched so no strokes or hugs without my permission. :p

I usually crave chocolate and give in as science says there is a reason for it. :D

Our weather here is freezing. Sometimes it gets down to -28... or the lovely -40C with the windchill factored in. I'd take -14 anyday. :p

It's hard to get rid of as it sometimes runs deep as a defense mechanism. Also, things may seem (or be) better that way.

Metal phase? I talk to other metal fans all the time and none of us are into drug addiction or alcoholism. We're all professionals or students. BTW: I love metal (esp. death and black). Been a fan since I was 11. The vast majority of stuff I listen to is metal other than Coldplay, DG, and some Indian and R&B music.

To live comfortably and have a sucessful career, a loving husband, and all that. I want to be happy too to make up for all the times I wasn't. @Doogie: I love your avatar.

Haha, my mom is the opposite of Sweet One's. She insists on buying me a straight iron as my volumous harr is always tangly and kinda unruly. We just need to find one that works well for a reasonable price. Ooh, and I've heard ConAir's is uber-crappy and doesn't work. I have straight hair but too much of it (never wish for a lot of thick hair...). So it's pretty untamed unless I iron or blowdry it a lot. I don't mind it kinda messy though...

It is freezing here. Even in my office... Well, at least I won't get sunburned anymore and the snow is so beautiful...

I truly hated Math when I was in school. I had to repeat it in Grade 12 as I almost failed it the first time. I still can't really multiply or divide stuff properly so it's true luck I got 73% the second time around. :stunned:

I sometimes think about getting married now but there's no one good enough around. Reminds me that a friend of a friend of mine is getting married at 22 to a guy who's 21. I don't know if it'll last or what as there are complications. All I can say is good luck. I believe in security so the only way I'd get married now is to a guy who's older and has better economic etc. prospects than me. So it's no for now.

I'm 21 and my mom tells me to wait and look around for the best one. They got married earlier way back when as people died earlier or were expected to. Now you need to get your life in order and a college diploma, etc. to support your family before getting hitched. At least for most.

I don't eat chicken so no KFC ever for me.

I like those new potato things they have and the apple pies.
