You know you're addicted to coldplay when you play coldplay songs in your head during math class. I too am I Mylo Xyloto fan. In my opinion, they did a successful job of experimentation, unlike the band Bloc Party, when they switched genres, I hated there new music, remember this is just my opinion, everyone is entitled in there own opinion.

Every band changes (either for the worst or best). And since Mylo Xyloto sounds nothing like Viva La Vida, I bet LP6 will be different again. Thats if they will release a 6th album which I hope they do.

It is not offical because then they would have announced it on there @Facebook page and on there @Twitter page, I checked, nothing of this matter has been posted yet.

I think they will write new songs, but not at this moment, there still stuck with the MX influence. I think they would want to start with a clean slate again (like with Viva and MX) so I won't expect them to start writing again until the end of the tour.
