In the email with the presale code there is a link to further informations that leads you to site with T&Cs. I am just glad I got the no purchase link instead of by ordering on amazon - I checked all T&Cs and it definitely did not have that restriction. That is very unfair and a way to rip off the fans.

Got mine, too - but suddenly it says it's only for UK residents. That definitely was not in the T&Cs before, I checked. So now what? :(
