What is your favorite version of All Along the Watchtower? The original Bob Dylan? Jimi Hendrix's cover? My favorite, (besides those two) are the covers by U2 on Rattle and Hum and Bear McCreary's version of the song for the rebooted Battlestar Galactica.

I thought this question many times myself. Unfortunately, as much as I look, I never can seem to find anything matches the mastery of Parachutes. That album stands alone in terms of quality, originality and pure emotion... With that said, I know a lot of Radiohead fans compare 'Parachutes' to Radiohead's album 'The Bends', though I don't really think it's as good :P

It really was...That was when I first got into Coldplay and when I think back to it, the Viva era was my favorite by far. It seems that with every song I play from that era, there's not only this fantastic ambiance that the band created, but also a personal memory to go along with it. I suppose that when you have such a strong emotional connection with the music, that's when you know that it's music at it's best. :bliss:
