You click the little image button on the message box that you type your message in (the image button is the one that looks like a mountain with a yellow background and a sun in the upper right hand corner). When a window pops up asking for the image location, paste the image url into it and hit OK. :D Or type [i M G] image url here [/ I M G] Without the spaces :D
