Ahhh! Switchfoot are my 2nd all time fave band (after Coldplay ofc!). Their songs are absolutely fantastic and I would be happy to give some song suggestions to anyone who wants them. Seen them live twice and both times brilliant! I love this band so much <3

I absolutely love him! At first I just thought he was going to be one of these overrated musicians but after listening to his album... he is superb! Fave songs include Give Me Love, Grade 8 and Autumn Leaves. Saw him play a few songs (You need me, Give me love, The A Team, Lego House) at a charity event recently. Insanely good!! I also noticed he mentioned Coldplay in 'Drunk' haha ;)

I was listening to UWTB the other day and started to get really emotional. The lyrics 'A spark in a sea of grey' could be talking about them as a band I think. 'Dreamed that lie til its true' could be about believing in themselves as a band (particularly Chris) and believing that they're good enough even when they don't think its true. 'Might have to go where they don't know my name, float all over the world just to see her again' I think this directly refers to Chris possibly not wanting to be recognised anymore and wanting to just be with Gwenyth and hia family. 'but I won't show or feel any pain, even though all my armour might rust in the rain' I think this suggests it will be heartbreaking to split up with the band, as that is where his strength as a person comes from. And his transition from major star to normal family man. 'A simple plot' suggests he wants a simple life now, with his family (not just Chris but maybe all the guys). Does anyone feel like this could be the end of Coldplay? :(

10. Love love love love love!!! Oh did I mention LOVE?! Just brilliant. Heard live twice and both times stunning. Up in my top 3 faves from MX album. IMO I can completely understand about people preferring the live version but I honestly think the studio version adds a new dynamic to the song which is both funky and calm. If that makes sense?!

I gave it a 6. Not because it's a bad song neccessarily but I find it so simple that in comparison to Coldplay's other amazing songs it almost sounds boring. It's probably my least favourite from MX. I don't understand why the band have been playing it live so much recently.... over DLIBYH?? Just wow.

Yeah I thought that at first too but I don't think so because if you look closely you can see that the band have sort of been sprayed with paint... and I doubt they'd go on stage like that (but maybe?) so it's probably for the video. But guys I'm sure the video will be great... to be fair they always are! And if not, I'm sure they'll scrap it and come up with something better (e.g. Chris and the Paradise vid!) I can't wait <3
