I liked it. I think Coldplay just made the music they wanted to make. I think the acoustic version is brilliant. Also, when I listen to it, I recognise the genius of Chris' songwriting still in there somewhere.

What chord goes here? -?-----------C But I Wasn't One Also I know its a big ask but could you write all the chords down and then put the lyrics up and tab the whole song? I know it would be useful for other people searching this forum years from now. I know from experience.

I think the song has High E tuned to D (Maybe?) and with a capo on the 7th fret, but I'm not sure about the chords. Someone posted some ages ago that didn't really work. So I was hoping does anyone know? Side Note: There are so many songs played with that tuning. Princess Of China, Sparks, Wedding Bells, Warning Sign, Green Eyes; it's awesome.

Does anyone have the chords for the 2nd guitar in Jo Whiley's version?

I will admit that i have no idea what those words mean. Could ya tell which chord name is the same as one of my chords so i know what to play haha

i think you are right about the chorus. I was thinking that at the time but i discarded the idea anyway I'll edit the tab. Also post whatever chords you think should replace them.

Ok I saw a video a couple of days ago with Chris playing at a small venue. He gets his guitar and proceeds to play the first verse of Paradise before changing to the Scientist. (This is when I realised they basically use the exact same chords.) Anyway I decided to try and decipher what Chris would've played had he finished Paradise. Here are the results. I think Chris is playing C# F# C# F# on the right hand and the chorus chords on the left but it doesn't seem right. Could anyone help? Also I could use help with how to play the solo and the ending. Sorry I had no idea which board to put this in, so I'll leave it here. Anyway, so I was searching Youtube for Coldplay stuff and I came across this really weird contest show. I think you have to pretend to be an artist and imitate them to win the show. haha It's really weird when you watch closely and they are not even playing the instruments, and with no offence to the guy - It's pretty awful singing.
