They played the live version, that's the only version available. And it's only found in the live cd. Shame though...maybe it'll make a bside in x&y! :idea2:

Lol, Yeah their choice of words are funny, and I don'tlike how they refer to Chris as the "leader" of Coldplay. It does seem that the album will be "split" though. from the article: "The new album of Martin and his friends (Ugh, I hate that crap too) is composed of 12 tracks: Square one, What if, White Shadows, Fix you, X&Y, Speed of sound -the cut- A message, Low, The Hardest parts, Let's Talk, Swallowed in the sea and Twisted Logic." And if Coldplay wanted to get richer through us, they would've dropped the album in december like planned, made an official album with all the b-sides and appeared in commercials selling ipods. Not so much the case. So to fully understand you, what your saying is...their music isn't as good now because their rich? :huh: Because you're completely missing the point if that's what you mean.

Erm, no. If anything, this thread should be made after the album is out so everyone can have a proper opinion. One single and 5 badly recorded live tracks doesn't solve a thing.

It was just the song Spies, because supposedly it is "Politically sensitive". Coldplay can do concerts in China, just can't play Spies.

I was more than happy while hearing SoS at kcrw, but then Debs in the offical site saying how it leaked early after so much work was done, so on and so forth, made me feel kinda bad. :embarrased: Glad it didn't leak earlier though. Coldplay has done a great job keeping everything until the proper date so far.
