I've heard Speed of Sound loads, never Fix You, and I've heard Talk enough to be at least satisfied.. lol. I used to have this channel called VH1 HITS and they played all sorts of great rock goodies.. first and only time I saw GPASUYF on tv was through there. I should really get Direct TV back..

in Linkin Park's defence that video is 2-3 years old...before SOS :P Now, Yellowcard's vid...that is a bold face RIPOFF!!!! :stunned: Buttt! The point is that they're not really ripping of Coldplay with the lights, a lot of people have used them before and after CP. Everything else, rip-off. :laugh3:

Those lights are pretty popular right now though. Maybe not to the extent that Coldplay used them.. those lights where all over the SoS vid! But The Killers did it, U2 has been doing it since forever, and there's another band I'm forgetting.. As to all the other stuff.. those copycats!! :lol:

That sucks.. I do hear them on the radio a lot, but MTV barely plays their videos.

Will is the stricter one and pretty much has grounded all the "rules" for Coldplay.. so without Will, we'd see Coldplay songs advertising everything from shoes to milk, and Chris would be singing way too much about space and science and doing God knows what. That happened before Parachutes was released. When they were still in the process of recording/writing it. No idea what got Chris off his rocker like that.. he says he blamed everything going badly in the studio on Will, so I'm assuming the recording process wasn't going well and he "lost his head". :wink:

Oh man. It's not at all a bother, but I just have no idea which show it was. It could've also been an interview.. I can't remember, but I'll see if i can sort out through the 40+ GB of coldplay stuff and find it. It's nothing rare though, btw. Chris just says how he kicked Will out and after he begged, Will finally agreed to come back to the band if everything is split 4 ways. So all their profits and song/music credits is evenly split between all of them, and Chris can't kick any of the members out any more than they could kick him out. I'll try to find it though.

I hate some of these people. That looks like he found that advertising poster on the street while Coldplay was in NY for the MTV live leak and now he's selling it and trying to pass it off as "rare".

I don't think anyone actually knows what it is.. I think it's a birthmark. I recently met a girl that has one similar to his, but on her leg. Sometimes it's real obvious (when she shaves over it too much) and other times it's nearly invisible. I had never listened to Muse until two weeks ago.. but man these guys are incredibly brilliant! I cannot believe I've just now "discovered" them! On Sunday I bought Absolution, Origin of Symmetry and Showbiz, and I would've bought more stuff but the store didn't have anything else. I like Absolution the best so far.. but all three are amazing, amazing. At first I thought they sounded like Radiohead, but now that I've listened to their albums nonstop I can definitely tell the difference. Muse are SO much more intense and fierce and haunting. I can't get enough! Few questions for anyone in the know.. do they have any more albums then the 3 I already have? Do they have any new material/album in the works? Are they touring?! Yeah Chris kicked Will out of the band and blamed everything going wrong in the studio on him. After Chris begged and begged Will to return and he wouldn't, until they settled some ground rules that Will made. Chris says that in a small club show I have. But to my understanding he wrote Trouble about that, not Sparks. And hey I have that book too watermelonc1! It's great. :D
