I just think there's so much hype surrounding this album.. The band has put everything they had and more into creating this album. This will be the biggest tour yet. One has to assume ETIAW, paradise, Charlie Brown will be played on the AHFOD tour but I was randomly thinking about if the band decided to play MX/hurts like heaven after maybe an encore or acoustic session.. If the set is super long, there's a chance but I think it's far fetched.. It's an MX tour song.

LP7- "A Head Full Of Dreams" I also have a gut feeling that this tour would include the longest set lists yet...like U2.. Or maybe I'm just ultra positive today.. After all, it is my bday ;)

I second this 100%! Lol. I have been a fan since the very beginning and I love every album but it's up the upbeat/happy songs I look forward to hearing the most at shows now.. I can't wait till they tour :)

LP7- "A Head Full Of Dreams" I would assume they are just mixing right now .. So all the songs are finished, they have only fully completed 8 ;). I also wanna add that I don't think this album with be 2.0 of anything.. It will be in a league of its own.

I have no doubt - this album will be AMAZING.

I say it's going to be a mix of all their previous albums. I loved MX and GS but this one will be bigger and better. The band is probably done with the album but we all know Chris and the band strive for perfection which is why I also think they will tweak this and that for quite some time before they release it.

Agreed. All this negativity is kind of annoying although everyone has their own opinion. I like how Coldplay has put out something different very album. If I want something upbeat and fun, I listen to MX, I want something more mellow and emotional, first 2 albums. Coldplay gains new fans every era but a lot of the original fans don't like the "new stuff". I guess I'm one of the lucky few who like it all. I'm really looking forward to LP7!

This. I have been a member here since 2004.. I have been through and seen it all the hype and reaction over the past 3-4 albums. Some fans will be happy, some upset.. It is what it is. I on the other hand have enjoyed every album! I'm confident in Coldplay releasing a wonderful album!

Nobody should be terrified of ANY album Coldplay is releasing.. Every album is has been great in their own away and I'm sure this one will be amazing!
