  1. Nada. Ah sí, mejor iré a leer mi libro.
  2. I am only going to post a song... hope it helps you! (plus the video is fun to watch!) http://vodpod.com/watch/110069-bjork-i-miss-you It quite happened to me... I wasn't expecting anything at all when it just came. So I'd advice you not to worry much for it. :D It will come in the right time I guess.
  3. Yes... Playing against computer can be quite boring. I miss tournaments too... I even remember myself at school wining a medal of 4th place in chess tournament. That's been my only big achievement in chess in my whole life.
  4. ^ yes! I agree!
  5. ¿Estás enamorado?
  6. me too, looong time I don't play!
  7. Roddick was so close! It just keeps me thinking that the one that can stop Roger Federer is Rafael Nadal. it sucks that the rumours about his knee state are bad. ): Let's hope they're not true.
  8. Nooo Andy
  9. No sé bien a dónde voy con esto pero a algún lugar me habrá de llevar. Empiezo mañana.
  10. And how can that matter in a tennis match? Anyway, I accept Serena's body might look a bit manly but Venus' figure is fine to me.
  11. I think the opinion article is clear when comparing chatting and online gaming with those other dangerous addictions, just because the fact it is also an addictive thing... (you can check your own post account and tell me if it's not)... It is obviously not as strong as consuming drugs but the principles of it are the same based "stimulation-reward" mechanism used by the brain and, as the author also explained well, she thinks could be harmful to brains in development (if it's in excess) just because all that time in front of the computer doesn't stimulate brain (prefrontal cortex), since you don't make much analysis of whar you are doing and it's all very mechanical. I think this is what she meant with: Screen life has no memory: it is reaction-action-reaction-action-reaction To understand sequences and consequences is to think, to proceed from the sensory to the cognitive, to be able to consider and understand the development and interrelation of things beyond the here and now. The notion of sequence, the order of things, is what we mean by thinking. Prefrontal cortex is what makes sense of reality in us... And I'll give you an example of my own experience: It is true that much time in front of the computer playing or chatting can makes you feel confuse, between what's happened on the computer and what's happening in the real world, where you have to take responsabilities... this has happened to me when for example I spend hours playing a computer game. Now Imagine what this can make to a brain in development. It certainly might have some effects. And well, I know it is only an hyphotesys... But many of her points make sense to me.
  12. I know you can get bored. I was being cynical. Just because it's summer time  can't you go out to the beach or smth? and I didn't write my summer season routine, just check my post...
  13. I agree the final sucked! But not because they're bad players, just because one can always expect more, than a simple two set final.
  14. It's never too late. Btw, did you spend much time chatting when you were kid?
  15. Very interesting article! Some people definitely need to spend more time outside, and not here in this board (I can even include myself in this)
  16. near 9:00...
  17. No they're from Argentina!
  18. The question itself is how you look, not how much it takes you to look normal.
  19. Just for the fun of it… In a scale of 1 (being the worst look) to 5 (the best), how bad do you think you look in the mornings (when you wake up)? I added an anonymous poll, so feel free to vote!
  20. Must that stop you to enjoy your vacation-summer time? It's only once a year!
  21. Do you like your daily routine? Yes. How is your daily routine? To be brief is mostly waking up early 5:00-7:00 and study quite the whole day. On weekends is the same but I try to finish early so I can rest in the afternoon or do something different like going out, etc. Of course I am not talking of vacation time here, that is obviously more chilling and relaxing. What would you change? I am not sure, maybe I would like to be more organized with my study time so I can have more free, sparing time,a nd I can do overall more things. Do you have a clear and closed routine: like have a lot of activities during the day which makes you have to be very organized and end you feel stressed at times? Or you are the opposite of it? The first one. Not sure about the "feel extressed at times", I always try to enjoy what I do.
