  11. i really actually fell in love with the beginning of the song... i couldn't really get into the second half untill i listened to it for a couple 20 times. but now i like it through and through
  12. well, i love the song. but it does not really fit on with the rest of the album... it seems more of the old style with just a hint of flavor of the new, but it still rings arobtth in my ears.
  13. yea i don't think that the lyrics in the song are trying to make too vast of a political statement... at least not a very specific one... more of a matrix/1984/brave new world kind of forebodance...
  14. damn dude! oh. you're from canada. everything's more expensive in canada.
  15. when people look at you funny when you sing to yourself in public... or YES when people make fun of coldplay... and when your pants don't really fit quite right in the waist and they sort of fall off and you keep having to pull them up so you don't become confused with some gang member.

  20. yea it was definitely all i listened too for the past weeks, but i just sort of clicked over, and i've been listening to parachutes, brothers and sisters, and all the old B-Sides I have lately, just cause the album kind of "wore off" and now i feel that chutes and a rush are more adequate to my style of music, a little bit simpler, more intimate songs... without synthesizers blaring in the background... and i watched live 2003 from start to finish just this past weekend :smug: :smug: oh well. i'm sure i'll come back to it one day...
  21. i really did underappreciate the value of the piano in Daylight untill I heard it live, so that definately gets on my list, too

  24. i never cry when i'm supposed to... the first time i heard x&y i laughed the whole way through because it was really cool... and then another time late one night i was zoning out thinking and i started to doze off while AROBTTH album was playing and all of the sudden i start crying to warning sign...
  25. so.. how's the weather?
